More than 80 United States aerial refueling tankers have been deployed to Israel, according to Israeli Channel 14, in what the broadcaster described as an unprecedented American military airlift across the Middle East.
The news channel reported that at least 10 heavy transport aircraft had also landed in Israel alongside the refueling tankers during a 48-hour period. It did not identify the bases hosting the aircraft or specify their model
Separately, Israel’s public broadcaster Kan reported that ten U.S. military transport aircraft had landed at Ovda and Nevatim air bases in southern Israel, with other aircraft heading to Jordan, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.
The reported deployments come amid growing signs that the U.S. is preparing for renewed military action against Iran following the November 3 midterm elections.
MS NOW reported on October 30, citing three senior Gulf Arab officials, that Washington had briefed regional allies to prepare for a short but intense campaign against Iran that could begin as early as November 4.
Gulf governments are pressing Washington to avoid another escalation over concerns that Iran would retaliate against American military installations, energy facilities and other critical infrastructure in the region, the officials said.
A White House official declined to discuss the reported plans, telling MS NOW, “We do not comment on sensitive military plans that may or may not exist,” while adding that President Donald Trump “keeps all options on the table to ensure that Iran can never have a nuclear weapon.”
The warnings follow reports by The Associated Press and The Wall Street Journal that U.S. officials had urged several Middle Eastern allies to prepare for a possible resumption of strikes and Iranian retaliation after the elections.
Two diplomats briefed on the warnings told the AP that Trump had not made a final decision but had repeatedly indicated that he was considering renewed military action.
The Wall Street Journal also reported that U.S. forces were replenishing munitions, preparing bomber aircraft and fighter jets for potential strikes, and moving additional military assets toward the region.
An additional aircraft carrier strike group and Marine expeditionary unit were also expected to join the American naval presence in the Middle East. In addition, the U.S. reportedly deployed an additional Patriot air defense system to Israel in recent days.
Taken together, the reported deployment of dozens of refueling tankers, the movement of additional military assets and Washington’s warnings to Gulf allies suggest that preparations for another war with Iran are reaching a very advanced stage.
A new U.S.-Israeli attack on the Islamic Republic increasingly appears to be a question of when rather than if, unless diplomatic efforts manage to avert it.

iran should bomb them before they can refuel the us bombers, no kidding!
the fact that they are not taking action to stop this means that they’re all in it together as theater. if those refuelers were taken out, the entire air force opposing them would be crippled worldwide. that tells you that this is a depopulation experiment.
every day that passes watching the unfolding geo-political events that don’t follow common sense and military logic, i say to myself: are most world leaders all in on it and we are all being played…to be eliminated eventually?
americunt anuz refueled with joo jizz daily
probably a flawed strategy and a tribute to the failed carrier mission. the tankers may rely on a point defense system of missile batteries in israel. this may test iran’s most advanced missiles and could break the us war effort.
going to qatar, jordan and ksa…so much for that little meeting in iran, eh? this is beginning to look like a fully choreographed game of checkers. whatever happened to the thought of iran preemptive attacks on gathering assets? strange way to fight a war. iran sure is losing a lot of civilians compared to the enemy.
