U.S. Launches Surveillance Blimp Over Base In Northeastern Syria Days After Rocket Attack

On January 8, the United States-led coalition launched a surveillance aerostat from one of its key bases in Syria’s northeastern region.

The aerostat was spotted over the coalition’s so-called Mission Support Site within the Conoco gas facility in the eastern Deir Ezzor countryside. It was identified as a DURUS Tactical Aerostat.

The DURUS Tactical Aerostat was developed by Silicis Technologies to accommodate interchangeable payloads for different missions, including ISR&T [Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance and Targeting], electronic warfare, communications relay as well as C-sUAS [Counter small Unmanned Aerial Systems].

The aerostat can stay in the air for 21 continuous days. It has a top altitude of 274 meters and an air-to-ground communication range of up to 72 kilometers.

The coalition’s Mission Support Site Conoco came under attack on January 4. Back then, two rockets struck the base. The attack, which didn’t result in any casualties or material losses, was unofficially blamed on Iranian-backed forces who were likely responding to the January 2 Israeli strikes on the Syrian capital, Damascus.

The aerostat was likely deployed over the base to keep an eye on Iranian-backed forces, who maintain control over several towns and villages right next to the Conoco gas facility. The coalition is apparently worried about future attacks.

The US-led coalition began using aerostats in northeastern Syria last year. These systems have been already spotted over several bases in Deir Ezzor and al-Hasakah.

If Russia, Turkey, Iran, Iraq, SAA, Hezbollah, SNA and the patriotic factions of SDF and FSA attack the Americans all together at the same time then the Americans will accumulate enough damage and they will leave Syria once and for all.

PressTV: “Iraqi media reports say defense systems at the US-run Ain al-Asad base in Iraq’s western province of Anbar have shot down a drone while it was hovering near the base.”

More clown shit but from Korea, “South Korea mulling purchase of Israeli drone detection system”. Remember when N-Korea send their drones deep in S-Korea and got all of them back? This morons now think getting Zionists shit gonna help them.

Ofc, NOTHING is for free and when it comes down to Zionists they steal or get one side deal, guess what S-Korea did… “The reported interest in the Israeli system also comes just weeks after a new free-trade agreement between Seoul and Tel Aviv regime came into force.”

You can say the simple thing. Say “Israel is responsible for my basement dwelling.”
