The military’s Sever Group of Forces repelled six attacks near the settlements of Borki, Bakhtinka, Komarovka, Malaya Loknya and Matveyevka, the ministry said in a briefing, adding that the group also prevented Kiev forces from advancing towards the settlements of Korenevo and Malaya Loknya

Kiev forces launched their attack in Kursk on August 6, relying mainly on Western-made weapons and foreign mercenaries.
