On July 18, the Ukrainian Armed Forces (UAF) shelled Kievky district of Donetsk city, the capital of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) in eastern Ukraine, the DPR Defense Forces reported.
The UAF used 120mm and 82mm mortars, automatic grenade launchers and fire arms. The shelling killed an old woman and damaged two infant schools.
The UAF also used 152mm shells to target the village of samsonovo in the DPR. There were no reports on casualties as a result of this incident.
According to the DPR, the UAF violated the ceasefire regime 14 times during the last 24 hours. In own turn, the UAF also accused DPR forces of violating the ceasefire.
On July 17, OSCE Special Representative Martin Sajdik said in the Belarussian capital of Minsk that the Contact Group on the situation in eastern Ukraine (involves representatives of Kiev, the DPR and the LPR) had negotiated the terms of an indefinite ceasefire in Donbass.
According to Sajdik, the Contact Group underscored “it was of importance to approve and follow the orders to cease fire, which will be announced by the sides’ superior commanders in public statements.”
The OSCE envoy said the Contact Group emphasized it was necessary to “refuse from conducting any offensives along with reconnaissance and sabotage operations, from using any weapons, including sniper fire, from deploying heavy weapons in the civil infrastructure facilities, including schools, kindergartens, hospitals and public facilities.”
The indefinite ceasefire is set to start on July 21.

All of the Kremlin’s (Putin personally) promises of protecting the Russky narod (Russian people/nation) are empty or at best half-empty. The geniuses at the Kremlin new very well that if the line of fire is so close to the major urban center of Donbass, Donetsk City that is, the Ukrainians can shell with impunity and no consequences. But they let it happen anyway. Answering in kind is prohibited to the forces of DNR, LNR so as not to upset Putin’s “Western Partners”. A real Russian patriot would know how to deal with Kiev and its criminals..
Russia will pay for this invasion and theft of crimea and the downing of MH17 .

Seems like the only way to stop these Nazis shelling people’s homes is for Russia to allow the DPR & LPR to push the Nazi contact line more towards Kiev and out of reach of people’s homes. The DPR pushed these Nazis back once before not long after the US regime sponsored coup. It’s time to do it again!!!

Indeed, the source quoted by the media were the Chechen guerrilla but I remember Russia claimed every other day that they “liberated” Grozny and I had chosen the other side as more credible source.
