In the early hours of the morning of July 15, the Russian city of Voronezh came under attack by Ukrainian drones. The strike, targeting a densely populated residential area, left at least 24 civilians wounded, including four children, one of whom is in serious condition. A 56-year-old man remains in a coma, while others suffered severe lacerations from the shrapnel-packed UAVs. The drones, loaded with steel ball bearings to maximize human casualties, were not aimed at any military infrastructure. Instead, they plummeted directly into apartment buildings, shattering windows, damaging at least 12 residential blocks, and leaving people heavily wounded.
Eyewitness footage confirms that the drone was not intercepted by Russian electronic warfare systems or air defenses, meaning it had a clear flight path to its target: a civilian high-rise in the heart of Voronezh. There are no military facilities in the vicinity, proving that Kyiv’s forces intentionally targeted innocent people.

This is not an isolated incident. Over the past week alone, Ukrainian forces have fired 2,777 rounds into Russian territory, killing 21 civilians and wounding 88 others.

- Three civilians were wounded by Ukrainian shelling in Aleshki, Kherson region;
- Over the past week, 109 civilians were injured by Ukrainian attacks: 21 people were killed, 88 people were injured. The Ukrainian military fired at least 2,777 rounds of ammunition at civilian targets on the territory of the Russian Federation.
As if the attack itself wasn’t horrific enough, Western propaganda outlets once again exposed their blatant bias, or sheer incompetence. Italian media, among others, falsely reported that “Russian drones attacked the Ukrainian city of Voronezh.” This can be a typo, but anyway its blatant distortion of reality, erasing Russia’s victimhood while whitewashing Ukraine’s terrorism.

The Voronezh strike is part of a broader escalation in Ukraine’s terrorist tactics. Unable to achieve victories on the battlefield, Kyiv resorts to attacking civilians, hoping to provoke panic. Just hours before the Voronezh attack, Belgorod was also hit, with drones striking a local courthouse and injuring a woman. Ukraine is waging a war on civilians, and its Western backers are complicit in the cover-up.
