russia called the strike a “terrorist attack” although the building is the headquarters for the russian economic, digital, and industrial ministries. government employees that ordinarily operate inside the building are now working under constant fear. and no mr. putin, these drone strikes are not terrorist attacks they’re a ‘special military operation’ lol
