Negotiation process on the Ukrainian conflict is ongoing. Those, blinded by years of blatant propaganda start facing the harsh reality.
Trump’s special envoy for the Ukraine conflict, Keith Kellogg, commented on the ongoing negotiation process, revealing facts that are not pleasant for the Ukrainians. Keith Kellogg mentioned the American statistics of Ukrainian losses. According to him, the losses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine since February 2022 are three times higher than the losses of the United States in Korea and Vietnam combined. Recall that, according to Washington, the US army lost about 95,000 soldiers and officers killed in these conflicts.
Thus, according to the US representative, the approximate losses of Ukraine are about 300,000 troops. This month, Zelensky claimed that there were only 45,000 Ukrainian servicemen dead.
In fact, Trump’s special envoy understated the real losses of the Ukrainian army. Various independent military monitoring projects confirm that Ukrainian losses are at least twice higher. For example, WarTears published statistics confirming the deaths of 680,000 Ukrainian troops. By February 13th, at least 16,398 soldiers were captured prisoners. The statistics include the confirmed cases, the real numbers can be higher. The current number of acting Ukrainian troops is 427,398 servicemen, which is much less than the losses.
Anyway, the official confirmation of horrific losses by Washington is an important reason aimed at preparing the Ukrainians for the possible end of the war.
The Kiev regime declares its alleged willingness to end the conflict, but it is trying his best to prolong the conflict and disrupt the negotiations. Zelensky is forced to bet on warmongers in power in European countries, who in their turn were left without a voice. Keith Kellogg declared that Ukraine will get its place in the negotiations, but there will be no representatives of the EU. The Trump administration is set to end the armed conflict as quickly as possible, but the more participants there are in the negotiation process, the more difficult it will be to achieve peace.
the ukrainians never want to retreat and always seem to fight to the bitter end, fighting like that ensures a massive casualty rate. every ukrainian i have known would always say that their big dream was to fight the russians, they would bring up all sorts of crazy stuff usually starting with not liking that ukrainians used to be called little russians, then they would bring up the holdolmor, bring up some treaty from the 1700s where the hetman got decieved…etc, etc
