On the night of September 10, the Armed Forces of Ukraine attempted another massive attack on the Russian rear regions. Ukrainian UAVs of the aircraft type targeted nine Russian western regions. Unfortunately, the attack resulted in civilian casualties.
According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, in total, Russian Air Defense Forces destroyed 114 enemy drones. Some of them destroyed by air defense systems, others were suppressed by electronic warfare means.
The Russian military claimed that:
- 72 Ukrainian UAVs were destroyed in the border Bryansk region;
- 20 in the Moscow region;
- 14 in the border Kursk region;
- 13 in the Tula region;
- 8 in the border Belgorod region;
- seven in the Kaluga region;
- 5 in the Voronezh region;
- four in the Lipetsk region;
- 1 in the Oryol region.
Around noon, three more Ukrainian drones were destroyed in the border Belgorod region. The Ukrainian military is likely to continue strikes during the day.
The night attack failed. The Armed Forces of Ukraine failed to reach the targets. There was no damage to any rear military facilities reported in Russian regions. However, civilian infrastructure came under attacks.
Ukrainian forces probably targeted Russian civilian airfields located on the outskirts of the capital. In total, 20 Ukrainian drones were destroyed in Moscow and its region.
At night, two Ukrainian drones truck two civilian houses in the Ramenskoye urban district on the southeastern outskirts of Moscow, where Zhukovsky Airport is located. As a result of the attacks, a woman was killed and three other civilians were wounded and taken to hospitals.
According to local reports, Ukrainian drones were also destroyed in the area of Toretsk on the southwestern outskirts of Moscow. The target of the Ukrainian attack could be Vnukovo Airport located nearby.
13 UAVs were intercepted in the Tula region. Some of the debris reportedly fell on the territory of one of the local energy facilities. According to information from the local authorities, the enterprise did not receive serious damage and the technological process was not disrupted.
No other damage was reported as a result of one of the most massive Ukrainian drone attack.
Ukrainian strikes on the capital and western regions were coordinate by the NATO military. Since the early morning, NATO reconnaissance aircraft have been circling near the western borders of the Russian Federation. They included the Boeing Sentry E3TF spotted over Norway, the French E3TF over Britain, the American Global Hawk RQ-4B over the Netherlands, as well as C295 and T31 aircraft of the Finnish Air Force. In addition, the NATO AWACS NAG01 was spotted over Sweden, where it was recording the operation of Russian air defense. Then, the aircraft flew to Norway.

i really hope the next time the usa descide to attack some country china and russia will do the same and give recon to the defending country and help them shoot down us planes. if they refuse to help then i guess they do deserve what the west does to them.

why isn’t the russian federation furnishing any details post mortem with these events that detail if these drones are coming from inside russia and the distance(s) they are covering to reach their targets?… another excellent reason for doing the necessary house cleansing that includes a statement in the well of the unsc that the russian federation must leave the organization because it is under constanst threat and attack since 2014…
and that those western foreign service inside russia will be leaving effective immediately and russian foreign service in the west will be leaving effective immediately for their safety!…
