On April 25, Russian missiles destroyed six traction substations in the areas of the Krasnoe, Zdolbunov, Zhmerinka, Berdichev, Kovel and Korosten railway stations.
The stations are used for the supply of foreign weapons and military equipment for the Ukrainian troops in the Donbass region. Railway communication in Western part of Ukraine was almost paralyzed. LINK

If Moscow truly wants to shut down the western arms pipeline, they need to bring in the Tupolev bombers.
