On the morning of March 26, a sea mine exploded in the Odessa region. The Ukrainian mine damaged civilian buildings and the pier.
The Odessa City Council confirmed the incident. The speaker of the Odessa regional military administration said that the explosion occurred near the coastal village of Sychavka. As a result, a country house was damaged, there were no casualties as a result of the explosion.
The mine was washed ashore by a storm. The storm in the region continues. The officials warned that due to bad weather, mines could drift along the coast.

After the Ukrainian military mined the Black Sea, it posed more threat to its own civilians and its NATO allies. Ukrainians use outdated explosive devices which are often breaking off and go free swimming. They explode anywhere, threatening the sea navigation as well as civilians in different countries.
For example, on February 23, an unidentified sea mine exploded on the beach in the Georgian city of Batumi. Local sources reported that there were no casualties as a result of the incident.
The origine of the mine was not officially identified. However, it was likely carried away by the current from the shores of Ukraine.
In December 2022, another sea mine exploded in the Ukrainian Mykolaiv region.
In November 2022, a Turkish boat was blown up by a drifting Ukrainian sea mine in the Black Sea. The ship was damage and lost speed. It was towed away for repairs.

You don’t seem to know the true story behind The Cuban missile crisis. The russians didn’t stop to bring their missiles to Cuba, because they were cowards. There was a secret agreement between Kennedy and Khrushchev: Russians takes out their missiles (which were already there, first shipment) from Cuba and cancel next shipments. USA in turn takes out their secretly deployed missiles from Turkey. USA:s missiles in Turkey were the real reason for the whole crisis.

A sea mine is the better way to go. Blame it on Ukraine.
