On the morning of September 20, a fire broke out at an oil depot in the Adler district of Krasnodar Krai. The facility is located near the Sochi International Airport. The Russian military is yet to comment on the incident. However, footage from the spot confirmed that the depot was struck by an UAV.
As a result of the attack, one of the barrels with fuel and lubricants burned down. The local emergency services already eliminated the fire. There are no victims. The nearby airport was reportedly not affected.
According to local residents, the fire was preceded by a loud explosion. Footage from one of the cameras in the area was shared by Russian sources. It confirmed that the facility was struck by an unidentified UAV. Its wreckage was also found in the area.
It is yet to be revealed if the UAV was launched from the territory of Ukraine, or by a sabotage group operating in Russia. The Ukrainian military does not stop daily attempts to attack Russian military and civilian facilities in the rear areas. On September 19 alone, the Russian MoD reported that seven Ukrainian UAVs were shot down in the Belgorod region, Orel and Bryansk regions.
when will khinzal missiles en masse start hitting ukrop command centers and decision making centers in kiev and lvov? the time is now. let the khinzals do their job
ha! yeah right. khinzal was proven to not even be that hypersonic. just a slightly modified iskander. ukrainian air defense general said they travel at mach 3.5-5 at the most! and all have been intercepted by patriot missiles with no problem
ok rocket nose, except khinzal travels at mach 10 upon terminal phase. i saw the video of patriot battery in kiev shooting all 32 of their advanced pac-3 mse missiles to stop a salvo of just 3 khinzal missiles last may! and guess what? they stopped only 1 missiles, 2 out of 3 impacted and destroyed some launchers. satellite photos showed the 2 impacts at different revetments. it was so embarrassing klitchko showed a betab as “proof”. confirmed patriot battery damage from nato. cry harder
32 advanced pac-3 mse ($200,000,000) to stop just 1 khinzal. that is horrible efficiency. ukrop depleted 80% of their entire battery to stop 1 missile lol. 3% hit probability against a mach 10 hypersonic
wait when kim heavy rockets ( 200km range) deplete all sam system of ukraine..
why are russians so obsessed with the performance of their weapons tech? can’t get it. the americans don’t act this way. you don’t have to defend your weapons systems with words. demonstrate their effectiveness in helping you win wars and the world will be convinced.
an impressive feat considering there are no patriots left in ukraine, since they were destroyed by the same kinzhal that you just mentioned.
yea big deal 1 or 2 launchers or even a radar does not constitute “entire patriot battery destroyed”. they were all repaired back into service. and ukraine has 2 batteries. the other battery in chernihiv shot down 2 su34 and 2 mi-8 electronic warfare helicopters over bryansk region back in june-july.
a battery in your hole is more effective than the usa pathetic patriot system that has no success or use since it was invented.
then win the ukeaine war … or smo.
we see the incompetence and the slowness of the russian military staff unable to protect oil depot from drones when just a system with rotary guns linked to radar and ir image like the c-ram or russian kashtan would be detroyed that drone.
first, “ukrainian air defense general said”, now that was funny simply because they lie all the time. a mix of 30 russian drones and missiles attacked ukraine but we stopped 29 of them even when over 20 explosions destroyed their target….get my point? second point, the patriot missile.. remember when iran launched an attack against saudis oil with missiles? went over us war ships, bahrain, qatar and saudi undetected.
meahwhile, 500 zombies are sent to bandera
this is 100% from inside russia, and its a home made drone, there is a sabotage group somewhere hiding and doing all kinds of stupid things, but if so why would the target be a oil drum, where if they want to do a bigger damage they could have hit a passanger jet or anything in the international airport just near by
we should strike right there mf with 500 tons vis a vis.
