The US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) are about to take full control of the town of Hajin in eastern Syria, according to pro-SDF sources.
On December 13, the SDF captured the town center of Hajin and forced ISIS members to withdraw towards the northern subrub of the town. On December 14, the SDF successfully continued its advance and in fact delivered a final blow to ISIS there.
However, the SDF still has to contribute a final effort to establish a full control of Hajin.
Very good map and result. Hard times.
SAA can and should cross the Euphrates, S300 is close by so foolishness by the other side is unlikely.

I want to believe this. I really do. But there’s this subtle clue about how likely the facts are true: “…according to pro-SDF sources.” That isn’t a slam on SouthFront, but on CENTCOM’s tiresome propaganda ‘warriors’. On top of that, I wonder how many U.S. solders are actually in this SDF force but can conveniently be denied through the usual trickery.
They might as well have said, “…according to the White Helmets” or “…according to unnamed U.S. government sources”.
