On December 27, the US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) captured the village of Sunaydah on the eastern bank of the Euphrates River in the southeastern Deir Ezzor countryside, according to the Kurdish Hawar News Agency (ANHA). The sources claimed that SDF fighters killed 30 terrorists and destroyed a vehicle of ISIS during the clashes in Sunaydah.
The SDF resumed its advance in the Euphrates Valley on December 25 and captured the villages of Hisiat and Abu Hardub north of the last stronghold of ISIS in the southeastern Deir Ezzor countryside, Hajin.
Meanwhile, Syrian oppositions sources said that the US-led coalition conducted several airstrikes on ISIS positions in the towns of Hajin and Gharanij during the last week. According to the sources, several civilians were killed or injured in the US-led coalition airstrikes.
From its side, the ISIS-linked news agency Amaq reported that ISIS snipers killed two fighters of the SDF in Hawi Hamam in the Shaitat region in southeastern Deir Ezzor. This confirm that the US-backed force was not able to secure the whole region as it had claimed.
Since the beginning of December, the SDF has slowed down its military operations against ISIS near the Syrian-Iraqi border and in the Euphrates Valley by unknown reasons.

I still don’t undersatnd why SAA is not asking Iraq to enter Syria and kill ISIS. Just try to do that, you will see SDF “attacking” ISIS in the second. XD
There is already an agreement, PMU is operating in the border area and SSA is also attacking from the Iraqi side into Syria operations. Although we have heard of the Iraq administration calling for disbanding PMU inside the country as with all other foreign forces and Kurds it, does not affect the PMU operating coalition from Syria or Lebanon per say.
seems that the kurds started using the same multplication functions used by jihadists when it comes to provide enemy KIAs numbers. 30 ISIS killed probably means 3 killed, 6 wounded and the rest joined SDF.
As usual, not evidence at all of fighting. USA and opposition have not credibility at all.
