Despite a full declaration of the formal elimination of ISIS in the Euphrates Valley, the US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) are still developing their military operation in the area of Baghuz. According to reports, a notable number of ISIS terrorists is still hiding in a network of caves and undeground tunels in the area.

“One of the main conditions of the validity of the khilafah is that the Caliph has a Muslim Land to establish the state. As it can not be established on the land of the Mushrikeen.
The khawarij of the state of Al-Baghdadi now has no Tamkeen, which is a main condition for the validity of Khilafah and so for even those who argued that Baghdadis Khilafah was valid when it was announced, then now these people must revise their claim as Tamqeen is gone. And when one admits that they no longer have the conditions of Khilafah then one must also accept that they never were to begin with as the authentic Hadeeth of our beloved Prophet indicate that when the righteous Khilafah is restored it will remain until the time of the Mahdi. Of course for the blind fanatics (Baghdadi supporters) none of this will matter as Ayats and Hadeeth are twisted to support their group, just like when they had power they claimed this was proof they were upon truth and now when they are almost destroyed everywhere they say this is a test and the cleaning of ranks and proof that they are upon truth. As for the one with a sound mind and love of the religion then they should return to the truth before it is too late.
As Allah says:
“لِيُحِقَّ الْحَقَّ وَيُبْطِلَ الْبَاطِلَ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ الْمُجْرِمُونَ”
That He might cause the truth to triumph and bring falsehood to nothing, even though the Mujrimūn hate it.
