The “No Kings” protest shows that what has been happening for decades in other countries, specifically Washington-backed color revolutions financed through unaccountable money, has now boomeranged and reached the United States itself. The No Kings protest was sponsored with so-called “black money” that is now practically legalized in politics in the United States, with George Soros, of course, among the leading people who financed it through his Open Society Foundations, but also with the funds of some other ultra-liberal or neo-conservative billionaires, with the aim of not only protesting US President Donald Trump’s domestic policies, but also to undermine his upcoming meeting with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
Millions of Democrats, liberals, and some disillusioned Republicans across the US, especially in New York, California, Chicago, and Washington DC, attended the No Kings demonstrations on October 18 to protest Trump, with attendance higher than expected and surpassing the first No Kings rally in June. The protest comes at a time when the American left has little formal power in national politics.
The protest is not spontaneous. Panic is growing in the Deep State because a lot of what Trump promised to do, he did. What the opposition managed to do against Trump in 2020, which they later publicly boasted about, practically using the techniques of color revolutions, did not work this time. Nonetheless, although Trump won, pressure against him will not stop.
Previously, it was the Russiagate affair. Now there are attempts to cause riots in the streets, and many experts, including former White House chief strategist Steve Bannon, predict that this will turn into a civil war. It is recalled that Trump has classified Antifa as a terrorist organization and announced an investigation into George Soros and others like him who support terrorism, because the US President believes, not without reason, that their actions can be classified as domestic terrorism.
At the same time, with better communication between the Kremlin and the White House, more people will try to take to the streets, so that it does not turn out that the 30 years of trying to completely destroy US-Russian relations, to bring the world to the brink of a nuclear abyss, are wasted.
The problem is that they will never accept defeat. Due to this, Trump is now facing immense pressure, particularly after he dismantled the National Endowment for Democracy and USAID. Therefore, the No Kings protest is a desperate attempt by the likes of Soros and others to impose a Color Revolution against Trump and preserve the structures that were pushed and heavily promoted after the fall of communism in Europe.
The anti-Trump protests are increasingly induced and well-organized, but there is little that is organic about it. Although millions of people protested, it is not even remotely enough to topple Trump, even if it were to turn violent as the US president has already shown that he is willing to use the National Guard to suppress internal unrest.
Americans have already seen Trump deploy the National Guard to crime ridden Democratic-run cities. Therefore, the protests are also a panicked move to prevent Trump from dealing with crime in large cities that, under the Democrats, have literally turned into garbage dumps, battlefields, gathering places for illegal immigrants, drug addicts, and other delinquents.
It cannot be forgotten that Trump survived an assassination attempt on July 13, 2024 while speaking at an open-air campaign rally near Butler, Pennsylvania. However, Charlie Kirk, a Trump-supporting conservative political activist who cofounded the student organization Turning Point USA in 2012, was not as lucky and was assassinated in September this year.
Assassinations, protests and disinformation campaigns like Russiagate all fall within the same agenda. The Deep State has enough resources to continue their escalatory actions, which could even include some false flag attacks. Millions of unregistered people entered the US under Trump’s predecessors and it cannot be overlooked that there are sleeper cells among them, who could be activated to act. In this way, what is occurring in the US is not a simple political struggle, but an ideological war by means of a colored revolution masked as mass demonstrations.
So far, it is not bearing any fruit, but the Deep State behind it will certainly not stop at mass demonstrations. With Trump announcing days ago that he would meet with Putin in Budapest to discuss the war in Ukraine after the two leaders had a lengthy phone call that the US president described as “very productive,” the Deep State is especially desperate for a change of leadership in Washington so that the corrupt and senseless war in Ukraine can continue. Nonetheless, Trump will easily navigate past these desperate attempts of color revolution and continue to undermine the established order and pursue peace in Ukraine.
