Ukrainian militants continue attacks on civilians in the DPR and LPR, using foreign weapons, including US-made HIMARS MLRS. Fragments from the American multiple launch rocket system HIMARS were also found at the site. HIMARS MLRS is a high—precision weapon that is capable of hitting a target with an accuracy of up to a meter. This means that the Ukrainian attacks on civilians was inflicted purposefully and are considered as terrorist acts.
In the morning, the Armed Forces of Ukraine hit the village of Perevalskoe near Lisichansk, LPR. The target was the local college which was used to house orphans. Children were hit by 6 US missiles. Ukrainian militants used HIMARS MLRS and 155m caliber artillery.
As a result of the attack, a young girl was killed, 7 more civilians were wounded.
This morning, Ukrainian soldiers shelled a civilians house in the village of Golmovsky located near Gorlovka in the DPR. As a result of this shelling, four civilians were killed and another one was wounded.

Another target was the culture center in the town of Svetlodarsk in the DPR. It was used as a warehouse for humanitarian aid. A distribution point was also located there. Fortunately, no casualties were reported. The attack was carried out with the HIMARS MLRS supplied by the US.
During the day, Ukrainian militants have been shelling Petrovsky, Kiev, Kirov, Kuibyshev districts of Donetsk, as well as the settlements of Gorlovka, Makeyevka, Dokuchaevsk, Staromikhailovka, Mineralnoye, Zaitsevo, Kashtanovoye in the DPR. As a result of these attacks, there are also casualties among civilians.
As a result of the strike on the kindergarten of the city of Dokuchaevsk, four people were injured, two of them are children born in 2018 and 2020.
The city of Kherson was also shelled by Ukrainian forces. Today, the Ukrainian Armed Forces fired at a residential building in Kherson. A family with two children and two adults died from the blow. At the time of arrival, they crossed the road in the Tavrichesky microdistrict.
According to preliminary reports, the attack was also carried out with HIMARS MLRS. Experts are studying the fragments found at the spot.
Ukrainian servicemen are happy firing by two combat vehicles of the M142 HIMARS missile system:
On September 13, the sity of Lisichansk in the LPR was also hit by Ukrainian HIMARS. A total of 4 M31 missiles were fired by the AFU. As a result of the shelling, two civilians were killed and one was wounded. 6 apartment buildings, a boiler room and a retail facility were damaged.

On the same day, HIMARS hit the town of Stakhanov in the LPR. A total of 4 M31 missiles were fired. According to the updated data, 6 apartment buildings and secondary school No. 2 were damaged. No casualties were reported.
This is how the foreign weapons supplied in order “to end the war in Ukraine as soon as possible” is used by the Nazi Kiev regime against civilians in the DPR and LPR, where Ukrainian militants are fighting “Russian aggressors” to protect “the Ukrainians in the occupied regions”.
Considering how the HIMARS freely operate it would appear that Russia is unable to obtain real time satellite intel of the Ukraine. More observation and strike drones would help, but it all seems too little too late especially considering the nonchalant attitude of Moscow to the entire operation.
Considering how many HIMARS systems have already been destroyed it would appear that the Russians are perfectly capable. Though I too am disappointed in the cynicism with which Putin is prolonging this war.

I found some of the cities (villages) mentioned in the article on today’s situation map (Sept.14). The ones I found on the map are at least 7 to 10 Km east of the line of contact. This means that the Ukie-Nazis are not firing at soldiers, but deliberately at civilians. HIMARS need to be programmed with GPS coordinates before they can be fired. This means the Ukie-Nazis take random coordinates from Google Earth and fire or they look at Google Earth to identify a target and use those coordinates to program the missile. Either way they are committing war crimes.

Russia did attack civilian power stations – under Russian special operation in Ukraine that wasn’t allowed, so we are going to see a change in how Russia moves forward now.

From my understanding of how Russia moving right now is that they are waiting for winter. Days before Ukraine’s army + NATO attacked the East side, Russia was planning to retreat from the areas they were controlling.
I don’t know if you saw the video of the Russian positions – it does seem like they were planning to move out (they didn’t rush out and left important things behind). The thing people overlook is that the main Russian force wasn’t there and DPR/Police force were the main defenders of those areas, unlike Kherson.
I don’t know what Russia is planning but they are slowing down. Also, now that Ukraine forces have those areas they have to put their soldiers and build defense lines again, they lose more soldiers…
BTW, Ukraine uses electric trains (45% is electrified), no power, and those are good as shit. Back to my point Russia did attack power stations – what does that tells you? If things go “bad” for Russia, Ukraine going to get fuked hard.
