Indiscriminate airstrikes were launched by the US-led coalition’s fighter jets on Manbij city in Northeastern Aleppo, killing 24 civilians and wounding dozens of others, the Fars news agency reported on Wednesday.
The Tariq al-Jrablus and Shar’e al-Barid districts in Manbij that is home for several hundred families in a completely residential area were attacked by the coalition warplanes.
This is the third time in the past two weeks that the residential areas in Manbij region are attacked by the US-led forces. The coalition airstrikes on Toukhar al-Kabir and al-Nawajah villages near Manbij killed over 260 civilians and wounded hundreds of others.
At the end of July, Syria called on the UN to take rapid action to stop the massacre, lashing out at the US-led coalition for killing 45 civilians and injuring 50 others in airstrikes near the city of Manbij in Aleppo.
At the same time, aircraft of the US-led coalition against the Islamic State attacked a former palace of Saddam Hussein in the Iraqi city of Mosul, European media reported, citing the UK Ministry of Defense.
In particular, two British aircraft took part in the strikes. The target was the palace, located at the bank of the Tigris River. According to the coalition military command, this complex of buildings housed ISIS terrorists, who set up a command post there.

The more the battle goes on, the more civilians are killed and the more properties destroyed. This should be a lesson for the future sieges of terrorist cities. Surrender or get destroyed.

Thay cant just get out of a warzone like that. This is infantery fight of the worst kind house to house. Many civilians also used as sheilds by Daeah by being kept next door to fortifications. Hope You are not representative for Your age or born yesterday. Asking if the civilians are moderate muslims as well ? –
