According to the Syrian National TV, 20 civilians were killed in the province of Raqqa yesterday after the US-led coalition warplanes targeted the vehicle carrying them between the villages of Ratala and Al-Kasra 8 km south of Raqqa city.

According to local sources, during the last 24 hours, US-led coalition warplanes bombed the Engineers Syndicate, Karnak Hotel, Governor’s Palace, Security Square, the house of the police chief, Al-Rashid primary school and Moa’wiya School as well as the Al Fern area in the Raqqa provincial capital.

From its side, ISIS claimed that 10 civilians were killed in Raqqa city in the last few hours as a result of aerial and artillery bombardment by the US-led coalition.

According to the ISIS-linked news agency Amaq, the Marines artillery targeted Raqqa city with 74 shells and led to the killing of at least one civilian, ISIS also published videos showing the destruction in Raqqa city.

80 civilians, including 33 children were killed in a US airstrike on the town of Mayadeen in Deir Ezzour on May 26. The maisntream media tried to justify this crime arguing that the civilians were from the families of ISIS fighters. Indeed, it seems that US military is trying to speed up its operations in Syria at any cost.

Apart from the reports of many civilians killed, the article says:

“…US-led coalition warplanes bombed the Engineers Syndicate, Karnak Hotel, Governor’s Palace, Security Square, the house of the police chief, Al-Rashid primary school and Moa’wiya School as well as the Al Fern area in the Raqqa provincial capital…”

After 70,000++ sorties by the “Terror axis”, US, UK, France, NATO, Turks, Arabs, etc., with precision guided missiles, ISIS are still in place, trained, armed and logistics supplied by the “Terror Axis”

The US led “Terror axis” is destroying civilian infrastructure which is a war crime under the Geneva Convention.

If and when ISIS are cleared out (which is doubtful due to Russian and Iranian feebleness), the Raqqa provincial area will become ungovernable without a civilian infrastructure which is being destroyed.
