The US military recently released a report on the investigation of the December 6th, 2018 crash between an F/A-18D Hornet and a KC-130J Super Hercules aircraft that killed 6 Marines and injured one off the coast of Japan.

The accident was a midair collision between the F/A-18D Hornet and its two-person crew and the five-person crew of the KC-130J Super Hercules. The sole survivor of the accident was the F/A-18D Hornet’s weapons officer.

Immediately after the crash, 2 marines were found, with 1 passing away in hospital, and the search for the remaining 5 continuing for a while, before they were pronounced dead.

The entire 1,600-page reported can be found here [pdf], provided by USNI News.

Another, internal US military report was provided to the Japanese government. The report wasn’t focused on the specific accident, but on general Marine Corps conduct in Japan.

Specifically, regarding the December 6th, 2018 incident, the report said that a component of a sleep-inducing drug was found in the urine of two crew members on the jet, suggesting they were “not medically fit for flight duties at the time of the mishap”.

According to it several members based at US Marine Corps Air Station Iwakuni in western Japan were found to have shown stark unprofessionalism. In one instance, a pilot was found to have shared a selfie taken during a flight on social media.

Another officer shared a selfie showing him reading a book (“The Greant Santini”, in which the main character is a Marine Corps pilot) with both hands off the controls and his mask off, while a third shared a selfie where he was pictured with his mask off and grooming his mustache with a comb. Both images had been taken in-flight, the report said.

Pilots were also taken excessive amounts of prescription and over-the-counter drugs, and consuming alcohol, among other things.

“Examples of such unprofessionalism included prescription and over-the-counter drug abuse, excessive alcohol consumption, adultery, orders violations, and failures in following fundamental principles of professional aviation training and operations,” the report said.

Four officers were dismissed following the selfie revelations, Kyodo news agency said. They included the commanding officer, who had posted a photo on his WhatsApp profile showing him without his oxygen mask and with his visor up.

The report said that a climate of unprofessionalism in the unit was a factor in the 2018 crash, adding that it could have been prevented by an investigation into the accident in 2016.

The same unit was also involved in a midair crash off Kadena Air Base in Okinawa Prefecture on April 28, 2016, in which an F/A-18 fighter jet hit an air tanker and made contact with the fueling hose. Which prompted that earlier investigation, that, quite obviously, led to nothing at all.

The Japanese Defense Ministry requested to be provided with all information regarding the 2016 incident as well.

The report, expectedly angered Tokyo, Toshimitsu Motegi, the Japanese foreign minister said.

“Detailed examination showed that one of the causes of the accident was that rules violations had become normalized in the unit that caused the accident,” he said.

Tsugumasa Muraoka, the governor of Yamaguchi prefecture, where the unit’s Iwakuni base is located, described the pilots’ mid-flight antics as “outrageous”.

“They’re extremely dangerous behaviors,” said 74-year-old Jungen Tamura, a former member of the Iwakuni Municipal Assembly who monitors activities at the Iwakuni base. “They could cause an accident and (they) need to suspend flights immediately.”

A month before the midair collision, in November 2018, a US navy fighter jet from the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan plunged into the sea off Japan’s southern island of Okinawa. Its two crew members were rescued alive.

Earlier in 2018, a MH-60 Seahawk crashed on the Ronald Reagan’s flight deck shortly after takeoff in the Philippine Sea, injuring a dozen sailors.

Not a surprise, these are LGBT pilots from the LGBT air force in the LGBT armed forces who come from an LGBT country. They can only bomb an enemy that cannot fight back. Then go home to use their makeup.

NATO AND THE EUROPEAN UNION PARTICIPATE IN TERRORISM

How Bulgaria supplied drugs and weapons to Al-Qaïda and Daesh

by Thierry Meyssan

The best-kept secrets must be revealed in the end. The mafia cartel which governs Bulgaria has been caught supplying drugs and weapons to Al-Qaïda and Daesh, at the demand of the CIA, both in Libya and Syria. The affair is all the more serious since Bulgaria is a member of NATO and the European Union.

Head of one of the two Bulgarian mafia cartels, the SIC, Boïko Borissov has occupied the post of Prime Minister since 2014. While his country was a member of both NATO and the European Union, he supplied drugs and weapons to Al-Qaïda and Daesh in Libya and Syria.

It seems that everything began by accident. For about thirty years, fenetylline was used as a performance-enhancing drug in the West German sports world. According to trainer Peter Neururer, more than half of the athletes took it regularly [1]. Bulgarian drug dealers spotted an opportunity in this situation, and from the dissolution of the Soviet Union until Bulgaria’s entry into the European Union, they began to produce it and illegally export it to Germany under the name of Captagon.

Two mafia groups were locked in serious competition – Vasil Iliev Security (VIS), and Security Insurance Company (SIC), the company which employed the karateka Boïko Borissov. This high-level athlete, professor at the Police Academy, created a company supplying protection for important personalities, and became the body-guard for pro-Soviet ex-President Todor Jivkov as well as for pro-US Simeon II Saxe-Cobourg-Gotha. As soon as Simeon II became Prime Minister, Borissov was named as the central Director of the Ministry of the Interior, then was elected mayor of Sofia.

In 2006, the United States ambassador in Bulgaria (and future ambassador to Russia), John Beyrle, sketched his character in a confidential cable which was revealed by Wikileaks. He presented Borissov as being connected to two major mafia bosses, Mladen Mihalev (alias « Madzho ») and Roumen Nikolov (alias « The Pacha ») [2], the founders of SIC.

In 2007, basing its article on a report drawn up by a large Swiss company, the U.S. Congressional Quarterly claimed that he had smothered a number of enquiries at the Ministry of the Interior, and was himself implicated in 28 mafia murders. He apparently became a partner of John E. McLaughlin, Deputy Director of the CIA. He is said to have set up a secret prison for the Agency in Bulgaria, and helped to provide a military base in the context of the project for an attack on Iran, the Quarterly continued [3].

In 2008, the German specialist in organised crime, Jürgen Roth, qualified Boïko Borissov as a « Bulgarian Al Capone » [4].

Having himself become Prime Minister, and while his country was already a member of NATO and the EU, he was solicited by the Agency to help in the secret war against Mouamar el-Kadhafi. Boïko Borissov supplied Captagon, manufactured by the SIC, to the al-Qaïda jihadists in Libya. The CIA rendered this synthetic drug more attractive and more powerful by mixing it with a natural drug, hashish, which made it easier to manipulate the fighters and make them more terrifying, in line with the work of Bernard Lewis [5]. Following that, Borissov extended this market to Syria.

But most importantly, the CIA, using the profile of an ex-Warsaw Pact member which had recently joined NATO, bought from him 500 million dollars’ worth of Soviet-type weaponry and transported it to Syria — mainly 18,800 portable anti-tank grenade launchers and 700 Konkurs anti-tank missile systems.

When Hezbollah sent a team to Bulgaria to gather information about this traffic, a bus-load of Israeli holiday-makers were the object of a terrorist attack in Burgas, leaving 32 wounded. Immediately, Benjamin Netanyahu and Boïko Borissov accused the Lebanese resistance, while the Atlantist Press spread a number of allegations about the supposed Hezbollah kamikaze. Finally, the forensic scientist, Dr. Galina Mileva, noticed that the corpse did not correspond to the witness descriptions – while a counter-intelligence chief, Colonel Lubomir Dimitrov, noted that he was not a kamikaze, but a simple carrier, and that the bomb had been triggered from a distance, probably without his knowledge. The Press accused two Arabs of Canadian and Australian nationality, but the Sofia News Agency quoted a US accomplice known by the pseudonym of David Jefferson. The outcome was that when the European Union sought to use the affair in order to classify Hezbollah as a « terrorist organisation », the Minister for Foreign Affairs – during the short period when Borissov was excluded from executive power – Kristian Vigenine, made it clear that in reality, nothing was found that could tie the attack to the Lenbanese resistance [6].

From the end of 2014, the CIA ceased its orders and was replaced by Saudi Arabia, who were thus able to buy weapons which were no longer ex-Soviet left-overs, but modern NATO material, such as the wire-guided anti-tank BGM-71 TOW missiles. Soon, Riyadh was supported by the United Arab Emirates [7]. The two Gulf states themselves handled the deliveries to Al-Qaïda and Daesh, via Saudi Arabian Cargo and Etihad Cargo, either at Tabuk, on the Saudi-Jordanian border, or the Emirati-Franco-US base at Al-Dhafra.

In June 2014, the CIA turned up the pressure. This time, they forbade Bulgaria to allow access to the Russian gas pipeline South Stream, which could have supplied Western Europe [8].This decision, which deprived Bulgaria of some very important income, not only helped to slow down the growth of the European Union, as described in the Wolfowitz plan [9], but also to apply the European sanctions against Russia which had been implemented under the pretext of the Ukranian crisis, to develop the exploitation of shale gas in Eastern Europe [10], and finally, to maintain the interest of overthrowing the Syrian Arab Republic, a possible major gas exporter [11].

The latest news is that Bulgaria – a member-state of NATO and the European Union – continues to illegally supply drugs and weapons to Al-Qaïda and Daesh, despite the recent Resolution 2253, which was unanimously adopted by the UN Security Council.

That’s one thing the Americans took over from the Germans after WW2. Germany used Pervitin to keep their soldiers awake and alert for longer then 24h. Without it fast forward attacks wouldn’t be possible.

Why would he take a picture of himself while reading a book (or posing probably) on the air? wtf… is he on drugs or something? damn

The itself book, about Marine fighter pilots in the early 60s, is key.

Hide Behind

Use of chemical enhancers within all Branches of US military are of longstanding and well known but not too publicized, but the same can be said of many a nations military. The availability of access by US troops of enhancers is not just in War zones and it all has to do with theinfrastructure and an almost zero oversight of Medical Corp. Stateside retired and active duty soldiers and familys have some of worlds best hospital and medical facilities including walk in clinics, pre and natal care, and yes drug rehab as well. That does not say their staffing are well trained and diciplined, and in name of effecient and sufficient #s of turnover prescription drugs are handed out without cost or worry about long term effect of patients physical or mental well being. Quick note: on many US military bases psychological problems are handled by outside contractors, staffs are poorly trained, and their records of things such as roid rage, drug abuse, spousal and child abuse including sexual, cannot be released to non military civilian agencies. Many of Doctors are part time semi retired from active duty and use time on base at exorbitant fees to pay off their Student loans; not just Doctors but upper grade RN male and female Nurses as well. The largest Drugs of Choice by combat arms troop are Testosterone Enhancers, oxycodone and steroids. While in combat theaters they get uppers for alertness when on patrol and downers in order to sleep upon return of patrols. In Iraq and Afghan wars friendly fire incidents by US and it’s NATO allies, including one big case whereby a Canadian pilot who had flown some 20 missions in 36 hours fired upon and killed US troop. Medics have easy access to both upper and downers, opioid and morphine with no oversight on how much or how they were dispensed, but neither is there any real oversight by Military from source to dispensing; they just had one mission make sure you have on hand upon request. Pilots are just as notorious as Special Operations Troop for use of enhancers. An ex US Military Commander of Special Ops during a study of why high rate ofnsuicides by active andseperated soldiers said, The difference in Physical abilities of his elite troop over conventional soldier was not by personal physical abilities but because of chemical enhancers.” Normal muscle mass and mental stamina are on an even par of one grunt to another.but ability to exceed normal human limits could not be done nor their abilities to remain in those Spec Ops without a cocktail of drugs and steroids and testosterone enhancement. Ask Brit Spec Ops what’s in the different colored ” Candy” they are given by bagfulls.

I don’t see selfies being too much of a problem. It’s not like the pilot is constantly taking pictures. I can see both sides of the argument with book reading. But flying under the influence of drugs is a no-no.

I believe there’s no such thing as an accident and there is a history of a certain group who occasionaly murder military personnel under the cover of an accident
