SouthFront: Analysis&Intelligence received the information that Ukrainian Foreign Ministry on direction of the US State Department through the mediation of A. Yatsenyuk, has prepared an official letter to the President of the European Parliament and the leaders of the EU countries with an appeal to condemn Russia’s actions in Syria and in the Donbass, and remove from the agenda the issues of a possible anti-Russian sanctions easing. In the absence of a response from the European Parliament, the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry plans to send this letter to each member of parliament personally.
At the same time, near-real-time intelligence from the line of contact in Donbass shows that Ukraine rapidly increases and strengthens offensive capabilities. Unfortunately we have some data from the ground that DPR&LPR forces now are not at the proper level to stand tall.
