The Rockefeller Foundation has presented the “National Covid-19 Testing Action Plan”, indicating the “pragmatic steps to reopen our workplaces and our communities”. However, it is not simply a matter of health measures as it appears from the title.
The Plan – that some of the most prestigious universities have contributed to (Harvard, Yale, Johns Hopkins and others) – prefigures a real hierarchical and militarized social model.
At the top, the “Pandemic Testing Board (PTB), akin to the War Production Board that the United States created in World War II“. The Pandemic Testing Board would “consist of leaders from business, government and academia” (government representatives would not in the first row, but finance and economic representatives being listed in order of importance).
This Supreme Council would have the power to decide productions and services with an authority similar to that conferred to the President of the United States in wartime by the Defense Production Act.
The plan calls for 3 million US citizens to be Covid-19 tested weekly, and the number should be raised to 30 million per week within six months. The goal is to achieve the ability to Covid-19 test 30 million people a day, which is to be realized within a year.
For each test, “a fair market reimbursement (e.g. $100) for all Covid-19 assays” is expected. Thus, billions of dollars a month of public money will be needed.
The Rockefeller Foundation and its financial partners will help create a network for the provision of credit guarantees and the signing of contracts with suppliers, that is large companies that manufacture drugs and medical equipment.
According to the Plan, the “Pandemic Control Council” is also authorized to create a “Pandemic Response Corps”: a special force (not surprisingly called “Corps” like the Marine Corps) with a staff of 100 to 300 thousand components.
They would be recruited among Peace Corps and Americorps volunteers (officially created by the US government to “help developing countries”) and among National Guard military personnel. The members of the “Pandemic Response Corps” would receive an average gross wage of $40,000 per year, a State expenditure of $4-12 billion a year is expected for it.
The “pandemic response body” would above all have the task of controlling the population with military-like techniques, through digital tracking and identification systems, in work and study places, in residential areas, in public places and when travelling. Systems of this type – the Rockefeller Foundation recalls – are made by Apple, Google and Facebook.
According to the Plan, information on individuals relating to their state of health and their activities would remain confidential “whenever possible”. However, they would all be centralized in a digital platform co-managed by the Federal State and private companies. According to data provided by the “Pandemic Control Council”, it would be decided from time to time which area should be subject to lockdown and for how long.
This, in summary, is the plan the Rockefeller Foundation wants to implement in the United States and beyond. If it were even partially implemented, there would be further concentration of economic and political power in the hands of an even narrower elite sector to the detriment of a growing majority that would be deprived of fundamental democratic rights.
The operation is carried out in the name of “Covid-19 control”, whose mortality rate has so far been less than 0.03% of the US population according to official data. In the Rockefeller Foundation Plan the virus is used as a real weapon, more dangerous than Covid-19 itself.

“Controlling the population…” occasionally requiring a knee on the carotid artery and windpipe of resistant citizens. A technique passed on by Israeli ‘law enforcement training’ outfits and now used by U.S. federal, state and local police against potential terrorists (= disobedient citizens).

The constant contacts can be used for many purposes and we tr to implement a lot more then covid. Covid is just an example.
We can contact or being adviced having menthal problems as well as fx diabetes and astma and within a few years wit direct skype, so we dont need to go to th doctor for may things as well as we hopefylly will get the right help right away.
Thats very selective but will spread out. So we have to implement the god things only but älso define what that is.
And You are right we have some percent, which cant handle such things but those already has beep systems and some has 24 hours open telfone with microfone and loudspeaker, so they can be usefull for them and us as well.
I also see very much here, where people by simple mobilphone make important videos down to parking tickets or not. So yes it is control, but people already use it a lot.

The Author obvipous dont know that USA is 52 states having 52 different health care systems, so the only united organ for the whole USA are the military one.
But of course ot look as a sensation that MILITARY does it and woth CONTROL.
As own reflexion about it USA certainly need a new way of control for all citiens can be kept healthy and in a lot of things.
The USA main problems are very visible by Sanders. Not even the single states has control but private ineffective and very expensive companies are allowed to plundre all they can.
I can compare with my own country. The State owns the hositals and most of the healt care system – BUT we outsource and by that let the companies compete in price and quality.
Its estimated danes get the same help for half of the price as well as almost everything is free. people paying fx 60 dollar for an X ray is horrible. We pay noithing for that.
By that paxåpayed system for all we also dont go to court with so many things and need insurrence companies pundering us as well.
I wunder why USA cant learn from other systems, when they are much better. We take in a lot from USA , when it seemes better and do it right away or modify.

I am from Denmark, where Sanders seemes to have taken some inspiration from.
We as citicens control the state better and more then You do having good systems for it. We also educate all levels much better then You do. We have traditions for it and are doing very well compared to You.
So Sanders is right in those matters. You have very expensive non trust and fx pay double for medical care then we do even You leave so many only with rudimentary healtcare and medicine.
We dont have the many more or less strange insurrence systems, where You also are plundered by stockholders. By that we dont have many cases in courts about millions as compensations for mistakes in fx the public halth system.
The main difference seemes to be we have the local state in the top AND THEN WE OUTSOURCEW. By that the private companies dont plunder us, because capitalisme works and there are no trusts and patents for a whole state or a country.
Medicine fx is a country thing. Many do exact the same product for different price. So when You go to the Pharmaceuts, where we buy most things ordered by the doctor by internet, we always are asked: Will You have the medicine the doctor has written or the cheepest one. A simple database is running that and we have a commision looking for all kind of products down to needles and toiletpaper.
All treatment which is not cosmetic is free and we pay tax for most things instead of insurrence. Its much better. None knows which 3 of 10 gets canser. Do You wantr to rtake the chance a treatment cost less or more trhen the insurrence for fx 100.000. Running over by a car is same thing. You hardly do it by purpose but sometimes by stupidity but You dont know who will and who will not. It can be Your own fault but mainly its not Your fault.
If needed the Goverment pay You the rest of Your life, so money from the insurrence is not important for most things. The local Town then pay the extra needed because they know the single local citicens better and also often visit giving needed help. That part is oursourced too. In my local deciding are with about 65.000 inhabitants we have hired 5 or 6 companies which here and there so exact same thing. They are in contracts, which has to be negosiated. Its exact thesame for fx garbage, fixing the roads or for ambulances, firebrigades and other kind of help for accidents.
We are very welcome to complain to the public elected as well as the companies and down to no asphalt and being treated unpolite. And they do more then listen – lse they wont be elected next time or are fired. ………………………………………………………………….

When I not long time ago had to be home being very ill, I saw old Judge Judy. How the FyK barking mad is Your taxsystems. You mingle ariund money all the time as private persons and all seemes to get taxreturns or the opposite.
You insist in old days abouit that. We as empliyers let our companies do all that, bacuse they already has done most things once. That saves a lot of money for Our taxcollaction having less communicating with each other. We also adjust our taxpay Ourself by Internet. So if we change job and get 30 dollars pr hour instead of 15, we easy calibrate and dont have to pay or get a lot extra.
Your pension systems are barking mad too as well as pay for hollidays. No owned pension can dissapear if You change job or gets fired. Its Yout money. Its some small % of Our income, but it reach Our accont and the same whatever Your go from being a nurse to a carpenter.
You have a lot of that, where You actually see You get plundered by private companies. Private theft on that level seemes to be prefared. We dont as well as we also dont like to be plundered by the local Townships as well as the State.
Its different from state to state for You, but we see so many being in prison. We invest in all people and do the best we can to keep them out giving them all kinds of help and inclusive education. Thats very expensive but pays off. Prisoners for life – more or less – are very very expensive. So we invest making as many as possible into taxpayers instead.
By that almost all feel they are included almost no matter what they are. Its true we pay a lot in social wellfare and wages there is a lot of money. But we prefare that compared to so many low life citicens guarded by heavy armed loe educated police.
And now it happend again. Some 4 policemen made an Afro not breathe anymore. I saw another at CNN the other say, where some women called the police because she denyed to have the dog under control. She even shouted he would attack here. He took it by his phone. We seldom see that ve it happens here too.
We do have crime in Denmarl but its relative low. And yes, we are number one in low corruption. So I kind of indicate, that Your trust is based in lack in rasing and some much better systems for enough control.
Its a balance and for the moment we are doing fine. We have plus AAA and also export more to USA then You do to us.
So I allow me to day, You should learn fx from us and implement needed parts, where You now has malfunctions of the worst kind.
Much to me as Your next President will be Biden, but You need a Sanders for smaller but vital parts of Your country saving a lot of money and making less frustration. I would say thats a way to unite Your states, which they are not now.
