On September 27, a video allegedly showing dozens of Turkish-backed Syrian militants in Azerbaijan surfaced online.
The militants were supposedly filmed while heading to the frontlines around the contested Nagorno-Karabakh region, where heavy clashes between the Azerbaijani Armed Forces and Arminian forces broke out in the early morning.
While the militants seen in the video appear to be indeed Syrian, the video is yet to be verified by any independent source.

According to a number of recent reports, Turkey has deployed hundreds of Syrian militants in Azerbaijan to work as mercenaries for the Azerbaijani Armed Forces.
The London-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights claimed in a report on September 27 that the first batch of Syrian militants had arrived in Azerbaijan. The militants were reportedly recruited from the Turkish-occupied area of Afrin in northern Syria. A monthly salary between $1,500 and 2,000 was offered to the militants.
It is not a coincidence that the Azerbaijani attack on Nagorno-Karabakh began after reports of Syrian militants’ sent to the country. The upcoming few days will likely reveal more about this issue.

Clearly neo-ottomans seek to expand the conflict beyond disputed territory, push Azerbaijan further into Armenia, send more terrorists from Syria to support, with the ultimate end game of slicing Armenia up and taking a part of it.
As always, these guys are just expendable idiots. Expect them to be sent on the most dangerous missions with low chances of survival. None of them will be rescued if they’re ever in trouble either.
