AlMasdarNews reports: The Syrian Arab Army’s Republican Guard forces, backed by Liwaa Al-Quds (Palestinian paramilitary), advanced inside the northern sector of Aleppo on Monday, capturing several sites en route to imposing fire control over the strategic Jandoul Roundabout.
According to a military source in Aleppo, the Syrian Armed Forces managed to capture the western axis of the Oweija District after a fierce battle with the jihadist rebels of Fatah Halab on Monday morning.
Meanwhile, south of Oweija, the Syrian Armed Forces imposed fire control over the strategic Jandoul Roundabout after securing the entire Shuqayf District that is located directly west of the aforementioned site.
