ISIS Is in open terrain at the mercy of relentless air strikes, not many rat holes outside of urban areas. Their flow of ammo and fuel is severely disrupted, their entire war effort is dwindling fast, even though they might have 10-12,000 fighters in Deir Ezzor province.
