I agree on the reinforcements. Not on they losing East Syria. Because the city is surrounded and territory controlled by the SA is far. Hence if they lose Deir, they lose only the city.
Anyway, there could be a switch in ISIS strategy, their USraeli planners are probably trying to settle for something less than what they originally reckoned.
I wouldn’t discount that they push on Deir to have it liberated later by the USraeli coalition.
Yet, the city can and will be defended, although only by airlifts.
ISIS isn’t at freedom to put up very large attacks, as they would be massacred by air strikes.
By losing East Syria , I mean that if Deir falls the Syrian army will have a very difficult time (To put it mildly) conquering eastern Syria in the future.
I don’t share the conspiracy theory, as if the US / Israel controls ISIS. In my eyes it is absurd.
But there is no doubt that the fall of Deir to ISIS will serve American / Kurdish interests.
they won’t let it fall, at least unless the USAF starts directly supporting ISIS ground forces, which would be admitting to the whole world that ISIS may not be that bad, if it follows “zionist” agendas.

If the Syrian army won’t send reinforcements, ISIS will occupy Deir-Ezzor.
What are they waiting for?
There will be more attack on DEIR EZZOR, as SAA pushing the ISIS East and South.
Seems like ISIS can’t do much without USrael air support.
Don’t be so sure. SAA’s complacency will kill the soldiers in Deir Ezzor.
complacency? this isn’t a football match.
Maybe I wasn’t clear. The Syrian army is wrong about not sending reinforcements to the Deir-Azur. If Deir-Azur falls they lose East Syria.
