Since the 18th century the Votkinsk Plant, which is located deep in Russia’s Ural Mountains, has been producing arms for Russia.
In its long journey of 250 years, the Votkinsk Plant has grown from a gunsmith shop into the producer of the whole range of Russia’s intercontinental ballistic missiles which are the backbone of Russia’s nuclear deterrent forces to this day.
The Votkinsk Plant is one of the few Russian companies producing intercontinental ballistic missiles, and the only one to manufacture the whole range of carriers employed by the Russian army.
