Washington May Supply Depleted Uranium Ammunition To Kiev - Report

Illustrative Image

The White House is going to approve the provision of depleted uranium tank shells to Ukraine, the Wall Street Journal reported, citing American officials. It is reportedly expected that Biden’s administration will provide Ukraine with depleted uranium shells “after weeks of internal discussions on how to equip the Abrams tanks that the United States gives to Kiev.”

According to one of the cited US officials, Washington faces no great obstacles to approving the shipment of depleted uranium shells to the Kiev regime. However, some officials in the White House have expressed concern that such a decision would expose Washington to criticism, as the DU shells pose danger to human health and the environment.

Washington is likely to follow the example of London which decided to transfer DU shells to the war-torn country along with its Challenger tanks. As a result, the UK faced a wave of criticism, which however did not stop the bellicose Moscow, unlike Russian missiles. In May 14, the DU shells supplied from the UK were likely destroyed by Russian missile strike in the city of Khmelnitsky. LINK, LINK

Explosion in Khmelnitsky

After London’s gamble failed, now its Washington’s turn to pay for the new batch of DU shells. American troops already used depleted uranium ammunition during Operation Desert Storm in 1991, during the bombing of Yugoslavia in 1999 and after the invasion of Iraq in 2003.

Russian President Vlasimir Putin had previously commented on the decision of NATO member-states to escalate the conflict, claiming that the West decided to fight Russia to the last Ukrainian, not in words, but in deeds. As Foreign Minister noted, if Britain transfers depleted uranium shells to Kiev, it will end badly for London. As a result, the radioactive cloud from Khmelnitsky moved to Europe.

London’s dangerous supplies to Kiev provoked Moscow to accelerate deployment of its tactical nuclear weapons in Belarus. Washington’s decision to replace British shells will also lead to another wave of escalation.

Don Krieg

sunny, just like the jenking’s ears war.

AM Hants

via eu members and the uk, that are the most thirsty for the war. even though i live in the uk, we only have ourselves to blame, for whatever happens next.

Ramschel

why depleted? rich one.

UkHomoSap

soon will discover this to be the case again

Florian Geyer

a russian strike on ‘uk decision makers’ would be welcomed by the majority of the uk. lol.

Ultrafart the Brave

ditto australi, probably canada & new zealand & (son of a gun) the usa too.

what does that say about the world right now?

kotromanic

that’s a sign they know the territory is lost so they want to polute it so russia can’t use it.

the irony of it all. the same crowd that are cheering for global climate taxes and civilian control are the same blackrock crowd, that not only control the media, but, want 90% world depopulation, by whatever schemes possible. depleted uranium, tactical nuclear weapons, taking out farting cows, buying up international farmland, so it cannot be used for food production and not forgetting destroying water reserves, as the list goes on. hoping nobody notices as russia and china get the blame.

Paul Citro

this is in complete disregard for the future and ukraine as a livable country as well as the health of the soldiers who will handle and be exposed to this toxic material.

yes! it’s time, probably according to “biden logic” for another distraction to bully us citizens into compliance, submission and fear. well, i and many others don’t comply real well to bullying.

Ultrafart the Brave

it’s only a matter of time, and it won’t be the wind irradiating them.

that cake is already baked – maybe next year, maybe the year after, but soon.

if you mess with the bull, sooner or later you get the horns.

Captain Hohol

it already has, recall there was an explosion that sent radioactive dust across europe.

fools, the lot of them.

Lenny

it is hard to imagine the depth of depravity and evil required to willfully inflict birth defects and cancer on children of any nationality.

and we’re certain that like the last batch from the uk that got stacked in a depot found by russian air support and “destroyed” that the u.$. version will go exceedingly well.

just make sure russia, that the wind is heavy and blowing in the western direction when it comes time to blow it up in “”part deux”!…

and washington “loves” its own citizens so much they most likely have nukes positionally aimed at the heaviest populated areas in the us.

these are all reasons , why ukraine should never become a member of nato.

aamater

rusko by malo zachytiť dodávku a zničiť ju priamo na hraniciach ukrajiny. potom hádam konečne už dostanú rozum, debili z eu!!! iná možnosť nie je.

yes, litter the entire washington beltway with depleted uranium just like the cities of iraq.

the us has not experienced war since 1865 so washington will only think twice when military facilities on the us mainland are attacked and there is death and destruction.
