One of the weapon systems that Azerbaijan is using in the war for Nagorno-Karabakh against Armenia is Turkish-made T-300 Kasirga (Hurricane) multi-barrel rocket launcher system.
Just days before Baku began its offensive on Nagorno-Karabakh, on September 21st Turkey finalized an order of T-300 Kasirga systems to Azerbaijan.
Т-300 Kasirga is a tactical weapon system used in artillery units which fulfills its fire support mission by indirect/blind firing against area targets, during day and night and in all weather conditions.
The Artillery Rockets designed and produced by Roketsan with various calibers and ranges can provide mass fire power with wide coverage on critical area targets between 3 km and 100+ km range with perfect accuracy and minimum dispersion.
It is capable of firing the 4 rockets it is carrying in single firing mode or in ripple. Long range 300 mm rockets manufactured by Roketsan with High Explosive with steel ball warhead creates effective lethality on area targets at 100 km. ranges without drag ring, up to 120km.

Typical Kasirga battery is composed of a Command and Control Vehicle, 6-9 launcher vehicles (F-302T) and 6-9 resupply and reloading vehicles, all based on German MAN (6×6) 26.372 10t cross-country truck chassis.
Each launcher vehicle has four cylindrical tubes for the TR-300 rocket.
Each 302 mm rocket is 4.7 meters in length, weighs approx. 524 kg and is provided with 150kg of cluster munitions to take out a variety of targets such as fortifications, infrastructures, armored vehicles, etc. A single artillery system can get ready-to-fire within 20 minutes.
It is typically carried on top of a MAN truck.
The basic properties are as follows:
- 6 x 6 or 8 x 8 Tactical Wheeled Vehicle
- Carriage with the Capacity to Launch 300 mm Rocket
- Navigation System (Gravitational Navigation System / Global Navigation System)
- Automatic Pointing System
- Weapon Management System

The result would look like in Genja, where Armenia used Rockets in civil residental areas. The blast radius in Stepankert does not look like that.
The city of Stepanakert is still under the national sovereignty and territorial integrity of Azerbaijan, unlike Armenia they bombard Ganja City and other areas in Azerbaijan.
Uh, you know that Karabakh could actually SEE the fighters on radar coming and going from the military side of Ganja International Airport, right? And you must know how pissed they were that Azerbaijan was bombing civilians in Stepanakert City by those very jets, right? Maybe Azeris were flying a few Turkish or Israeli drones out of there, too? Sounds like a legit military target to me. Maybe Azeris (or Turks) should have considered that out before launching their war and using civilians in Ganja as human shields for the airport.
Next day Azeris are crying about Karabakh (or was it Armenia) targeting civilians in Ganja. Proof? Azerbaijan shot down one of the rockets on its way to the airport and it fell short in some farmer’s field. Said it was an unguided SCUD, but everyone called them out on that and identified it as a much more accurate Tochka. And despite many of these rockets reaching the air base and presumably destroying it, Azerbaijan claimed everything was fine – no damage.
So the next couple of days, Azerbaijan post a bunch of pictures of damage, except some were fake from an earthquake in a different country or from the last Azeri-Armenian war.. When they were called out on the fake non-Ganja pics, Azerbaijan came up with a single casualty (the old lady?). When that didn’t get much response, the 50 Qepik Army upgraded the casualties to “three children that lost both parents”. Now that’s being repeated over and over a week after the air base attack to remind everybody that the Armenians 1) are terrorists (because that demonization narrative always plays well in the west) and 2) fired unguided rockets at the residential part of Ganja even though fighters attacking Karabakh were operating out of the airport right next to it.
Gosh… who to believe here?

The Armenians with big mouths told the world that they were the best soldiers and great heroes and could defeat Azeris but it turned out that they could only kill civilians.
Armenia Have Smerch rockets 300mm included the new 9M542 who have glonass guide system and 120km range..the same that demolished 2 buildings in Ganja!
