NEOCONS LAUNCH 2016 MANIFESTO
The American Neoconservative Movement emerged from the American Democratic Party in the 1960’s. Its original members believed that the Democratic Party had drifted too far to the Left. In response, the new Neo-conservatives (“neo” means “new”) swerved far to the right by endorsing an aggressive U.S. foreign policy based on the use of military power to defend Israel and to “promote democracy” in the Middle East. PNAC (the Project for a New American Century) was formed in 1997 with support from many prominent neoconservatives. PNAC advocated for the U.S. to establish a reign of “benevolent global hegemony”. This means that the U.S. would be the dictator of the world but would smile sweetly while ordering everyone else around. Neocon and PNAC influence on American foreign policy first began to grow during the Administration of President Jimmy Carter (1977-1981) and continued to gather strength during the administrations of Presidents Ronald Reagan, George H.W. Bush, Bill Clinton, George W. Bush and Barack Obama. Neocon political power probably reached its peak during the George W. Bush administration. We say Neocon power “probably reached its peak” because nobody really knows how far to the right current “lame duck” President Barrack Obama might swing before leaving office on January 20, 2017. PNAC members on the George W. Bush team included Vice-President Dick Cheney; national security assistant, “Scooter” Libby; Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld; Deputy Secretary of Defense Paul Wolfowitz; National Security Council member Eliot Abrams; Undersecretary for Arms Control and International Security John Bolton; and former Chairman of the Defense Policy Board, Richard Perle. PNAC’s September 2000 publication “REBUILDING AMERICA’S DEFENSES – STRATEGY, FORCES AND RESOURCES FOR A NEW CENTURY” (see for the full report or for a summary) advocated an acceleration in weapons development so the U.S. could remain the strongest military power in the world. In perhaps its most widely-quoted comments, the report acknowledged that public support for continued U.S. military dominance was likely to occur only if there were “some catastrophic and catalyzing event – like a new Pearl Harbor”. Many people now believe that the 9/11 false-flag attacks on the U.S. in September, 2001 were intended to be this “new Pearl Harbor” that would justify full activation of the proposal in the PNAC report to wage “total war” and to militarily dominate the world. Now, let’s “fast forward” to 2016. Although PNAC disbanded in 2006, the neocons are still alive and running rampant in Official Washington. A new neocon think tank has sprung up called the John Hay Initiative (JHI). John Hay (1838-1905) served as U.S. Secretary of State under Presidents William McKinley and Theodore Roosevelt. JHI does not say why they named themselves after a distinguished public servant who died 110 years ago. JHI apparently believes it can clothe itself in respectability by simply adopting the good name of a long-dead person with whom it has nothing in common. JHI just published a new book, “CHOOSING TO LEAD – AMERICAN FOREIGN POLICY FOR A DISORDERED WORLD”. The book is an effort to shape the foreign policy of the next U.S. President who will take office in January 2017. JHI complains about the current disordered political state of the world while conveniently ignoring the role that current U.S. interventionist policy has played in creating global disorder. The new book advises the incoming President to urgently do three things. 1 – A better job of training and equipping foreign fighters; 2 – A better job manipulating and controlling people in hostile foreign nations; and 3 – Improve U.S. capabilities to wage ideological warfare.
JHI closes their book with the rather self-serving assertion that only JHI members possess the knowledge and experience that the next President needs. Just bring us into your inner circle, Mr. President, and we will take care of all of those messy, little details for you so the United States can continue rule the world. Oh, happy day!
OBAMA’S BRAIN TALKS ABOUT SYRIA

Obama’s MOUTH: I repeat. The U.S. will NOT put “boots on the ground” in Syria.
Obama’s BRAIN: Shoot. Our SOCOM and CIA troops have been in Syria for years helping ISIS wage war against the Syrian government. If anybody calls me a liar, I’ll say that our guys have never, ever worn “BOOTS” over there. They only wear special high-tech “DESERT SHOES”.
Obama’s MOUTH: Our troops are only there to fight ISIS.
Obama’s BRAIN: More U.S. “shoes on the ground” means we’ll have more troops to use as “human shields” to protect ISIS from Russian air attacks. And if those Russian planes kill even one of our troops, Victoria Nuland and Dick Cheney promised me I can nuke Moscow.
Obama’s MOUTH: Our troops will only be assisting the new “Democratic Forces of Syria”.
Obama’s BRAIN: Wow… Democratic Forces! That’s a great name the Pentagon just invented but I’m afraid when American troops get killed, the Republican Party will jump all over the Democrats. Maybe we should say our troops are there to assist the “Republican Forces of Syria”. No, No, No. Then the Republicans will really jump on the Democrats. We damn well better win over there or Lord Rothschild will never give me the villa on the beach in Tel Aviv that he promised me. Michelle and I and the kids will have to move back to crappy old Chicago.
TAKING CANDY FROM A BABY
Federal governments like to pretend that they understand what’s going on in the real world. They like to pretend they can control the real world and make it better. When they fail, they say “Oh, the problem was much bigger than we thought. We tried but we couldn’t fix it”. This happens so often now (broken economy, jobs gone, constant wars, etc.) that many people now believe that government failure is normal. We learned this from the immortal God on High, the greatest visionary and leader that ever lived; the grand and glorious former President Ronald Reagan when he proclaimed “Government is NOT the solution to our problem, government IS the problem”. Truer words have never been spoken, not even by Jesus himself. Thank-you, Ronnie for teaching us all that government is supposed to fail. We should always expect it to fail. It’s just normal for government to fail, right? Oh, the Pentagon and the CIA “tried” so hard to defeat that bad old ISIS but ISIS just keeps getting stronger. (NOTE: All of those guns and and all that ammo and all those trucks the U.S. smuggled to ISIS through Turkey didn’t weaken them). But ISIS getting stronger is OK because our government is supposed to fail. And with all of that U.S Treasury Department and U.S. Federal Reserve “quantitative easing” (NOTE: They gave billions of dollars of future taxpayer-funded debt to those already bankrupt banks) we “tried” to fix the economy but golly, it just didn’t work. So what is really going on here? Are we all doomed to a world that keeps going downhill until it collapses in on itself? The answer is NOOOOOO!! SplatFor Report can now report that the U.S. government is NOT doomed to fail. But ever since good old Ronald Reagan, the government has been failing because it’s now set up to fail. “Failure” creates big (BIG) profits for the “powers that be” – the global bankers, Wall Street, and the military, industrial, security, insurance and entertainment industries. The more government “fails”, the more money trickles upward. The top 1% already owns one-half (50%) of all global assets. You see, the top 1% needs the government and the world economy to fail. Then they can scoop up the other 50% of the world’s assets. It’s just like taking candy from a baby. Right, Ronnie?
