On the morning of March 14, around 11:20 a.m. local time, Ukrainian units struck the center of Donetsk with a Tochka-U tactical missile equipped with cluster munitions. The strike targeted the center of the city, where there is no military infrastructure or equipment. Civilians were deliberately chosen as targets. The nationalist units of the Kiev regime, using cluster munitions, sought to hit as many of the city’s inhabitants in the central part of the city as possible.
The missile was intercepted in mid-air and did not reach its direct target, but even the aerial detonation of the missile, which was equipped with shrapnel cluster munitions, had terrible consequences.
As of now authorities say that at least 20 people were killed, including children, and 26 others were injured in the attack. The numbers of casualties could rise as authorities investigate the scene of the crime.

Forces of the Kyiv government have once again demonstrated why there is no another option to put an end to the violence in the region besides the full demilitarization and denazification of Ukraine.
DPR Head Denis Pushilin said that the missile was equipped with a cluster ammunition warhead. He added that if the missile was not shot down, it would lead to even more casualties.
The leader of the republic, Pushilin, said that the DPR would declare mourning after the missile attack on the city.
DPR authorities consider the strike as a terrorist attack.
“Ukrainian armed formations once again used the Tochka-U tactical missile system on residential areas of Donetsk in order to genocide civilians and destroy important civilian infrastructure,” the statement said.
According to Pushilin, DPR forces have already shot down over 15 Tochka-U missiles launched by Kyiv’s forces. He stated that the missile launching point will be found and eliminated.
DPR authorities also vowed to increase the speed of offensive against Kyiv’s forces.

Almost immediately after the Tochka-U attack, the Russian Aerospace Forces carried out strikes on positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces near Yasinovataya, located in the countryside of Donetsk:
As long as units of the Kyiv government remain close to residential areas, their actions (both offensive and defensive) will continue to cause civilian casualties. MSM-promoted ‘democratic Ukrainian fighters’ use civilians as human shields and intentionally launch strikes on civilian targets as part of their ordinary military approach.
This crime took place amid the new round of talks between Kyiv and Moscow and followed diplomatic signals by both sides that some kind of ‘compromise’ could be found in the talks. After the March 14 attack, it is hard to expect that the diplomatic process will achieve any fruitful results.

14 March Missile Attack On Civilians In Donetsk: Many Griefs And One Happy Story (Video 18+)

In the midst of all this horror, there was one very important happy story. The only child, a 10-year-old boy, who among the many casualties was wounded by the missile’s elements, turned out to be alive.
Fortunately the boy’s injuries were not serious, thanks in large part to the man who essentially covered him with his body. The man was severely injured. There is no information if he is still alive.
The boy talks in the video below, “We went to the bank to withdraw the money. And then a shell flew in, I got a little bit in my leg, and I jump with my head inside. Then my grandmother took me home and called an ambulance. Now this (points to the cast)”.
The boy is asked, “Were you scared?” He answers, “No, but I yelled and screamed. Next he is asked, “Now it doesn’t hurt,” and the boy answers, “Well, a little bit. The journalist asks “who were you with at the bank”, the boy answers “with my grandmother, there was also a man, all the shrapnel hit him and only one hit me”. “did you see the consequences,” the journalist (with permission of the word) asks the 10-year-old child. The boy continues, “The man did very well… No I didn’t see it, because you don’t have to look in such situations.” Then, the boy tells the journalist as a grown-up man, “I tell everyone that you should not look in such situations, I tell everyone who finds himself in such situations, run away immediately, do not look at the bombs”.
It should be recalled that this story is nothing new for Donetsk. For eight years, the Kiev regime has been systematically destroying the people of Donetsk and Luhansk regions by shelling residential areas and civilian infrastructure. Today, after the start of the Russian military operation in Ukraine, there are civilian casualties in many locations in Ukraine. However, this is probably the only case in which a targeted strike was directed at a deliberately civilian population.
Also questionable is the claim of the DPR leadership that the missile was allegedly shot down in mid-air. If so, why were so many of the victims were hit in lower parts of bodies? Why were there so many casualties? It is likely that the missile reached its target after all.
HORRIFYING DETAILS OF BLOODY PROVOCATION IN DONETSK

On March 14, the Ukrainian Armed Forces committed a mass murder of civilians in the city of Donetsk, which is under the control of the DPR. After the attack, horrifying details of a pre-planned provocation were revealed.
Ukrainian Tochka-U missiles are targeting civilian areas under the DPR and the LPR control on a regular basis. Most of them are intercepted. Unfortunately, on March 14, another Tochka-U tactical missile equipped with cluster munitions targeted the center of the city of Donetsk. As a result at least 20 people were killed and 28 more were injured, including at least one child.
First Deputy Minister of Information of the DPR Daniil Bessonov claimed that the rocket was fired from the AFU positions near the city of Krasnoarmeysk (now Pokrovsk), which is located approximately 55 km from Donetsk. It was carried out by the 19th Separate Missile Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, (which has a permanent deployment point in the city of Khmelnitsky.
The missile was equipped with a cluster warhead, which contains 50 fragmentation warheads weighing 7.45 kg, each of which contains 316 fragments. The mass of the head part alone is 482 kg, the total number of fragments is 15.8 thousand. The detonation of the central charge and the opening of the warhead is initiated by a radio sensor at an altitude of 2250 m. The affected area is from 3.5 to 7 hectares.
Such a munition is intended only for the destruction of manpower and unarmored equipment located in an open area. A cluster type ammunition scatters smaller “bombs” over a large area and lead to mass casualties among the population. In accordance with the 2008 Convention on Cluster Munitions, more than 100 countries have pledged never to use these weapons.
Mr Bessonov clarified that if the goal was to destroy the Government building in the city center, then a rocket would not be used with a cluster head, but, for example, with a high-explosive fragmentation, which could cause maximum damage to the building. Therefore, the target was civilians, passers-by, of whom there were a large number on the street at that time.

It turned out that a mass murder provocation was prepared by the UAF in the city of Donetsk. The attack was planned in advance, and the Ukrainian side attempted to inveigle civilians, especially women, to the city center at noon today.
For this purpose, special groups on the social media were created by the Ukrainian service. For example, a group called “Union of Mothers in Donbass” was created just on the eve of the attack. It was stuffed with fake accounts and was well promoted in Telegram.
The admin of the group has called women to come to the city center to the government building at noon on March 14. The women should allegedly come to ask about their relatives who were mobilized.

A few days ago, the DPR Army claimed that a laptop with the information on the planned UAF attacks in Donetsk was seized in the captured command post of the AFU in the region.
A sensitive information on the plans of the AFU command for strikes and an offensive on Donbass was revealed. There were a lot of photos of the DPR positions taken by the Ukrainian UAVs as well as targets for the pinpoint strikes planned by the UAF command during the offensive operation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
“Of particular interest is the report of the Chief of Artillery of the joint command operation of the joint Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, in which the Ukrainian command was offered facilities for missile strikes with the beginning of the offensive operation of the Kiev army. The Government House, the radio-television transmitting center and the Republican Military Enlistment Office were planned for strikes with the tactical missile complex “Tochka U” in the center of the capital of our Republic,” the command of the PM DPR reported.

A prompt response of the Russian Aerospace Forces came right after the bloody attack in the center of Donetsk. Moreover, the ongoing senseless shelling on the civilian facilities and residential areas in the settlements under the DPR control will likely provoke a harsh response of the Russian Army and its allies. The numerous attacks on civilians are aimed to disrupt Russian forces from their advance on the other front lines in the Donbass region and the ongoing encirclement of the UAF grouping in the region. Probably, DPR forces with Russian support will response and push the UAF from the Donetsk outskirts soon. At the same time, this is not an easy task as the UAF defences in the region are well equipped and fortified. Some reports have already claimed a failed DPR attempt to offence the UAF in the area of Marianovka a few days ago.
