On Friday, it is reported that a Saudi attack helicopter has been down by the Yemeni army in Ta’izz province.
A reporter from the battlefield says that Yemen’s army and popular committees has downed a Saudi helicopter in the Yemeni province of Ta’izz as Riyadh’s aggression against its underprivileged neighbor continues to claim civilian lives.
“The military helicopter is brought down in the district of Dhubab of Ta’izz on Friday,” the reporter said.
Since last year March, at least 8,300 people including 2,236 children were killed so far in the Saudi aggression. Saudi coalition airstrikes have also destroyed country’s facilities and infrastructure including many hospitals, schools, and factories.
did they kill the pilots? like Turks did?
The pilots probably died in the crash – look how it landed. The pilots were probably crushed.
I don,t thing soo! The pilots will not die becouse of the crushing the cocpit. They will be dead becous of G forces on the body if autorotacion was inposible. But bay the looks of the AH64 LongBow Apache the autorotacion or one engine landing was comited. So the pilots just got some bruses or head coucusion and setra.
Well, the main point is that it was different than the Russian scenario. The Russians were in fighter jets and had ejected safely, then were hunted down, caught and murdered (at least one for sure was, and at least one other one escaped being caught). Helicopters don’t have ejection seats with parachutes and the whole deal. So their odds of surviving are much lower – and we have no evidence they even survived, much less were okay and then were deliberately murdered by people after surviving the crash.

The Saudis are pretty useless. Pity the Yemen Army does not have more up to date equipment so as to really smash them up.
