YOUTUBE IS ADAMANT ABOUT CENSORING SOUTHFRONT
On September 13, YouTube officially rejected SouthFront’s appeal to remove the last remaining “Community Guidelines strike” from the project’s channel.

With this decision, YouTube supported the ongoing campaign aimed at supressing SouthFront’s capabilities to disseminate an independent point of view on the military and geo-political issues of our time. SouthFront cannot more host live streams because our channel has “Community Guidelines strike”.

SouthFront’s YouTube channel received the remaining “Community Guidelines strike” on September 6, 2017, when the system deleted our video “Foreign Policy Diary ‘War on Terror’ [remastered]”.
However, this video was already reviewed by YouTube in 2016!
On February 15, 2016, YouTube deleted the video and the project channel received a community guidelines strike. However, the strike was removed after SouthFront’s appeal. (You can find more about this HERE [strike added] and HERE [strike removed])
The video remained deleted and SouthFront did not attempt to re-upload it.
The video “Foreign Policy Diary ‘War on Terror’ [remastered]” was somehow restored by YouTube and then deleted again because it allegedly violated “YouTube Community Guidelines”.
YouTube didn’t explan HOW and WHY the video was restored and just used it as a pretext to censor the independent media.
This case is only a part of the attack that SouthFront’s YouTube channel faced in early September. You can find more about the situation HERE.
This series of hostile and disingenuous actions, as well as YouTube’s prejudicial treatment against SouthFront poses a real threat that SouthFront’s YouTube channel might soon be frozen or closed down. The peasant farmers who were exterminated by the Cheka in 1932/33 were often descended from Germanic stock who moved to that area during the mid to late 18th century. The Germans in Volhynia( part of todays Ukraine) were scattered about in over 1400 villages , whereas other German migrations to the East tended to be more concentrated. The Volga Germans being one example whose migration started in the early 18th century.

Why doesn’t south front suggest / post to its website, links for other alternative video platforms Russian Chinese etc re where Southfront videos may be viewed, with each new and old article / video posted??? I have already switched to Yandex and Duckduckgo from just google. I don’t like “youtube” any way, I am glad they are doing this as I want alternatives. This is a big mistake for “Youtube” . It will go the way of Yahoo, word perfect etc into extinction, just like the SWIFT financial system and the Federal reserve dollar.
How do you rate Yandex as I would like to move to that platform as well ?

It’s okay. You can use Google as well through yandex as well if you wish and Google can’t monitor your selections. In my opinion Google has really declined in the quality of what it gives you in its searches in the past 10 years. The censorship political and economic has been increasing at Google for a long time. Google is dying. Google was at its best in about 2008, I would say.
Yes, I have noticed the censorship and all censoring is to prevent alternative opinions that a government or other group who has a lot power is in fear of.
Problem is Yandex partners with Google, which is why I, personally, choose NOT to use Yandex
I use MAINLY TOR Browser with Start Page as the Search Engine and with my FIREFOX I use Tor/Vidalia with Start Page. TOR Browser is BEST and there is nothing, yet. which can compare with it

Two suggestions: 1- host the videos on some other site and post only the link on youtube. 2. same goes for the live stream. just use youtube for reaching out.
