YPG Kills 3 FSA Fighters In Afrin In First Open Attack From Aleppo Pocket

YPG fighters

At the early hours of December 1, fighters of the Kurdish People’s Protection Units (YPG) launched a hit and run attack on positions of the Turkish-backed Free Syrian Army (FSA) in the town of Ablah in the southwestern part of the area of Afrin.

The attack was the first to be launched directly from the YPG-held pocket south of Afrin. Several units of the Syrian Arab Army (SAA), Iranian forces and even of the Russian Military Police are reportedly deployed in the pocket.

The Syrian news outlet Enab Baladi claimed that the YPG attack had been foiled. However, the pro-opposition outlet acknowledged that three fighters of the FSA’s 3rd Corps were killed in the attack.

The YPG has not released any statement regarding the attack so far. The Kurdish group usually reveals such operations days and even weeks later for security reasons.

There will llikely be more similar hit and run attacks in the upcoming months. These attacks will pose a serious threat to Turkish forces occupying large parts of northers Syria.

Red Pilled ThoughtCrimes

SDF will be fighting Iran, Russia, syria and turkey and will receive no military intervention from the USA. USA doesnt have the stomach for a fight with Russia or iran. (or anybody who could hit back)

Willing Conscience (The Truths

Naughty and very silly Kurds are doing this, totally retarded ones in fact, TOTAL MORONS. This is about the last thing we want to happen now. Russia can’t and won’t be dragged into a conflict here in the north, at least not now, later on they will but not right now. This sort of stupidity is the sort of thing someone’s hoping might be just the thing to force the issue, but that’s because they’re stupid, but Putin’s definitely not, he won’t fall for it, he’ll have them captured and sent to Erdogan in a heartbeat instead. To be honest it wouldn’t even surprise me if this was a FF attack by the FSA on it’s own masters, it’s just the sort of thing morons in the FSA do. They might be hoping to force Erdogan into confronting Putin by these types of actions, not realizing they’ll eventually be found out and suffer the consequences, but morons don’t think of consequences, they get so excited by objectives and forget about everything else. If they’re really Kurdish fighters they’re not going to achieve anything by doing this, they’re better off joining their friends that have already joined the SAA forces that are now preparing for an assault on southern Idlib, or going back to Aleppo to help repel Erdogan’s forces there, not trying to start a premature war between Russia and Turkey that will never happen.
