Heavy clashes between the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) and ISIS terrorists are still taking place in the country’s central region.
Late on October 2, ISIS terrorists attacked a checkpoint of the army next to the town of Resafa in the southern Raqqa countryside. Between eight to ten service members were killed as a result of the attack, that was repelled.
ISIS terrorists also launched an attack on positions of the SAA in the western countryside of Deir Ezzor. At least three soldiers were killed. However, the attack was foiled.
According to the London-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, ISIS sustained losses in both attacks as well as in a new wave of Russian airstrikes. At least 17 terrorists were killed, while many others were injured.
The terrorists likely launched their new attacks from their hideouts in Homs desert, which lays between eastern Homs and western Deir Ezzor.
On October 1, 11 Syrian soldiers and 7 terrorists have been killed in clashes in the southern Homs countryside and the Hama-Aleppo-Raqqa triangle.
ISIS terrorists are desperately attempting to expand their influence in central Syria beyond the Homs desert. The army and its allies are making immense effort to contain the group.

The intensity of ISIS terrorist insurgency will not decrease while the US Zioterrorists remain in Tanf and east Syria. Syria will have to plan long-term to face this since Zioterrorist scum won’t just leave, maybe even female military service will have to be established to be able to liberate more men to deal with this.
We need more generous numbers…3, 4 why not 5 digits, please?…
