On October 6, several videos documenting some of the Russian military’s recent operations against Kiev forces surfaced online.

12 of the videos show dozens of attacks with FPV suicide drones, grenade-dropping drones, Lancet loitering munitions and interceptor drones that targeted Ukrainian troops, posts and equipment, across several directions within the special military operation zone over the last few days.

Notably, the targeted equipment included several howitzers, including American-made M109 and M777, as well as Ukrainian-made 2S22 Bohdana.

Another video shows an intense rocket attack on Ukrainian positions near the settlement of Alekseevka in the Kharkiv direction.

Three additional videos show airstrikes with UMPK-equipped guided glide bombs, including at least one massive FAB-3000, that targeted fortifications and deployment points of Kiev forces in Kharkiv, Sumy, Donetsk, Dnepropetrovsk and other directions.

In addition, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced in its daily briefing that missile, drone and artillery strikes hit power infrastructure, oil industry enterprises, POL (petroleum, oil and lubricants) depots ensuring operations of the AFU (Armed Forces of Ukraine), long-range UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) depots and launch preparations sites as well as temporary deployment areas of Ukrainian armed formations and foreign mercenaries in 145 areas” over the past 24 hours.

The ministry also said that Russian air defenses intercepted during the same period six American-made HIMARS projectiles, one Neptune cruise missile, and 356 fixed-wing drones.

According to the ministry, Kiev forces have lost 667 aircraft, 283 helicopters, 88,529 drones, 631 air defense systems, 25,377 tanks and other armored fighting vehicles, 1,593 multiple rocket launchers, 30,215 artillery pieces, and 43,288 support vehicles since the start of the special military operation.
