On April 19th, during another ceasefire regime imposed by the Russian military, 140 civilians were evacuated from the Azovstal area. These were not the civilians who allegedly held hostage in the basement of the Azovstal plant, but people who live near the facility, its main entrance, which is now under the DPR control.
People could not leave their shelters for more than a month. Today, when they are safe, they give interviews and describe the fighting they witnessed in one of the most dangerous areas of the city of Mariupol.
