These are NATO standard trained soldiers who are fighting more effectively than the regular Russian soldiers with the exception of the Wangers and the Chechen special forces who are at the very highest level. The ministry of defense of the Russian federation is managed by generals who when they feel jealous of the Wagners, they are sabotaging artillery ammunition delivery.
