Iraq’s Joint Operations Command announced on May 15 that a U.S.-led coalition airstrike had destroyed a cave used as a hideout by ISIS cells in northern Iraq.
“Upon an order from the Joint Operations Command, coalition forces carried out an airstrike on one of three caves in the southwestern desert of Hadar in the province of Nineveh, where ISIS rats were hiding,” the Joint Operations Command said in a statement.
According to the Joint Operations Command statement, seven terrorists were killed in the airstrike that took place on May 13.
Last month, U.S.-led coalition warplanes carried out a series of airstrikes on caves used by ISIS in Hamrin Mountains, in the eastern Iraqi province of Diyala.
ISIS cells intensified their attacks in different parts of Iraq, including Nineveh and Diayala in the last few months.
You mean they struck a hospital? Because when Russia strikes ISIS caves the media always tells me it was a hospital, or a bakery, or a bakery inside a hospital.
Bomb a cave. Makes you look like you’re doing something. Can’t go bombing the Israelis
Maybe you can try to bomb us you prick, if you dare.
so they say – most likely bombing a deserted area known to have housed some people but relocated to safe ground by the yankee-twats before the bombardment.
