On October 12, the Iraqi Army Joint Operations Command announced that Iraqi warplanes dropped tens of thousands of leaflets over al-Qa’im city in eastern Iraq, near the Syrian-Iraqi border.
The army said that the leaflets included a final warning from the Iraqi Army to ISIS fighters in al-Qa’im city and Rawa town.
The Iraqi Army also called on civilians in al-Qa’im and Rawa to move away from ISIS positions, and any house with ISIS flag over it. The Iraqi Army Join Operations Command stament confirmed that the military operation to liberate al-Qa’im and Rawa will be launched in the coming days.
“Your Security Forces settled the situation, and liberated all the Iraqi areas that ISIS dared to violate … It is now coming to liberate you,” the statement reads.
Meanwhile, Iraqi sources reported that the Iraqi security forces deployed many of its units east of Rawa town on October 12 and 13. The sources added that Iraqi government forces are now fully ready to launch the al-Qa’im operation.

This is a warning to the civilian population and they will have to be a little worried as the Peshmerga has gotten into a fire fight with the Turkmen PMU in Tuz earlier with one dead Peshmerga, in Kirkuk just nutty Kurds shooting off guns.
Pmu , Iraqi Army, SAA , Hezbollah and Russian SF’s should all reach Al-Bukamal and Al-Qaim at the same time or close to each other to send a message that together they fought and if they were once enemies(Iraq-Iran) fate and luck has brought them together to fight as brothers and liberate their homelands and help their allies
Its time for ISIS to withdraw to their bases in Europe, Israel and the US I think :)
