Iraqi forces have captured the ISIS “health department” office in the Old City area in western Mosul, Federal Police chief Shaker Jawdat announced on April 18.
Separately, Iraqi forces crated barricades near the al-Farouq district killed Abu Hajir al-Rusi, an alleged Russian ISIS member, in the al-Thawra district with in a rocket.
Abu Hajir al-Rusi was one of ISIS field commanders, according to reports.
