The Kurdish People’s Protection Units (YPG) announced on January 9 that their fighters captured 8 foreign terrorists during the ongoing battle against ISIS in the middle Euphrates River Valley.
The terrorists were identified as:
-58-year old Adil Rahimov from Uzbekistan;
-28-year old Ferhad Qaderov from Uzbekistan;
-30-year old Sattibek Oshibaev from Kazakhstan;
-16-year old Soulay Noah Su from the United States.
-22-year old Mohammad Dawlat from Tajikistan;
-27-year old Askar Zarmanbetov from Ukraine;
-31-year old Lucas Glaß from Germany;
-30-year old Bimuraev Begjan from Russia.

Last week, the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), a US-backed coalition that includes the YPG, claimed that their units had captured five foreign fighters of ISIS. However, Syrian opposition sources said that the terrorists handed themselves over to the SDF.
Thousands of ISIS fighters fled to the SDF-held area in the last few month, according to a recent report of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR). Most of these fighters are currently in the SDF’s prisons or hiding in refugee camps.
Can’t say I like the communist terrorist YPG, but their recent capture of the other terrorists further shows that this is mostly an invasion and not a “civil war” as has been said in the mainstream media.

Last week an Americunt was captured his name is Warren Christopher Clark, a former substitute schoolteacher from Houston, Texas, who was first identified by George Washington University’s Program on Extremism. Researchers spent months investigating to confirm his identity through multiple sources. His stated reason for joining ISIS is hilarious.
Clark was captured along with four other foreign jihadists two from Pakistan, one from Ireland and a fourth man, Zaid Abed al-Hamid, who also is believed to be from the United States, although that has not been confirmed.
In a letter to IS that was obtained by the researchers, Clark submitted a resume noting that he had a bachelor’s degree from the University of Houston, had worked as a substitute teacher at the Fort Bend Independent School District in Sugar Land, Texas, and had done teaching stints in Saudi Arabia and Turkey.
“Dear Director, I am looking to get a position teaching English to students in the IS,” he wrote to the group in an accompanying cover letter.
“Teaching has given me the opportunity to work with people from diverse cultural backgrounds and learning capabilities.”
