A brief overview of the recent developments in Libya:
- Clashes the Hamzah base continue in southern Tripoli. Both sides claim that they control the base.
- According to Libyan National Army (LNA) sources, the LNA secured Khawaliq, Zitarnah and Zayaniya areas.
- A LNA warplane struck the Farnaj area killing 3 persons.
- The Government of National Accord (GNA) claimed that 15 LNA UAVs and warplanes have been downed since the start of the LNA advance on Tripoli.
I tell ya something that you won’t believe your eyes when you read it… GNA is internationally recognized government of Libya, but are mostly jihadists, like al Qaeda, ISIS, etc. US, EU & Turkey supports GNA, while Egypt’s secular Sisi & modern-islam model United Arab Emirates support LNA. CIA transports jihadists from Syria to Libya or from Syria to Afghanistan to use jihadists fight with LNA or Taleban. The news you read are not really the facts on the ground.
