The mass shelling by militant groups has killed 17 people and injured 160 others in the city of Aleppo, pro-Assad sources reported late July 8, adding that the shelling was ongoing. Today morning, the reports appear that 60 civilians have been already killed and 200 others wounded in shellings in the area.
Reports say that militants have been firing rockets and shells at the al-Furqan and al-Sukan neighborhoods of Aleppo city.
Heavy clashes are ongoing in the area of Aleppo after the Syrian army had cut off the militants supply line to the city and launched an advance to encricle the militant-controlled areas.
