Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) claimed on December 5 that its militants had repelled an attack by the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) on the town of Umm Jalal in southeastern Idlib.
According to the terrorist group, army units attempted to storm Umm Jalal in the morning. However, fierce resistance from is militants forced the army to pull back.
“The number of regime casualties has risen to 12, most of them fighters of Liwa al-Quds [a Palestinian pro-government force],” a press release by HTS’ news agency, Iba’a, reads.
Pro-government activists confirmed that the army launched a surprise attack on Umm Jalal in the morning. However, they have not reported any losses, so far.

A day earlier,HTS’ militants attacked Syrian military positions south of the nearby town of Umm al-Tinah. SAA troops repelled the attack following several hours of heavy clashes with the terrorist group.
The mounting tension in southeast Idlib could lead to a major escalation. Despite its limited ground attacks, the SAA has not yet launched a large-scale military operation in the region. The elite 25th Special Forces Division, known as the Tiger Forces, is still preparing for such an operation.
Can only be an explorative attack. SAA still trying to understand the NATO defence system that FUKUS advisors got their headchopping proxies to put in place. Yanki scum and their cohorts have learned from Ghouda. Russian ingenuity required asap to either overcome or bypass this serious battlefield problem.
I would not believe HTS claims. According to HTS – SAA is long gone and defeated but reality shows different.

come on SAA you can do it, youve killed and put down many many rats before, these are no different, break their necks, smash their heads, make them bleed and scream in pain and mercy
