The Ahrar al-Sham Movement, Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) and Faylaq al-Rahman are planning to stage a chemical attack in the Eastern Ghouta pocket to blame the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) for it, the Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA) reported on March 1 citing an unnamed Syrian military official.
The military official told SANA that according to recently received information, these armed groups have been ordered to carry out an attack with “toxic materials” against civilian areas near the front lines with the SAA in the East Ghouta pocket. So that the US, the UK and other Western countries will be able to accuse the SAA of conducting “a chemical attack”.
The official added that the SAA Higher Command stresses yet again that the SAA has no chemical weapons and that it is not planning to produce or use such weapons.
The so-called Syrian opposition had accused the SAA of using “chemical weapons” against civilians in the East Ghouta pocket many times during over the last few months. However, these groups didn’t provide any evidence what so ever to support their claims.
Even US Department of Defense spokesperson Dana White stated during a briefing on March 1 that the US “has not seen any evidence yet” of the use of chemical weapons by the SAA.
According to local sources, militants in the East Ghouta pocket likely believe that such propaganda move could provoke a US-led military action against the SAA. Such a military action by the US is seen by many Syrian opposition activists as the only way to stop the SAA advance on their last strongholds near the Syrian capital, Damascus.
Eastern Ghouta is the last chance the FSA has to call in western air strikes and material supplies before Idlib and other areas are crushed. The SAA operation on Abu-al-Duhur exposed how weak parts of Idlib have become. We could see areas like Daraa turn red quickly.
I would hope the air defenses of Damascus contain a bumper load of manpads. The ‘take out the radars’ strikes would be a good signal to pass those out. Low and slow is not good in a manpads or gun rich environment, even if you can carry enough flares to make the drop zone look spectacular.

Jewish backed terror operates at the heart of the Syrian and Ukrainian ‘troubles’. So Putin will NEVER truly confront and destroy the root of the evil. And this drives good Russians up the wall.

And this, essentially, means that America can get away with ANYTHING in Syria if it simply acts boldy enough, and closes its eyes to THEORETICAL Russian power there. The jews say “trust us, America, Putin will never ever strike back against you, no matter how outrageous your direct war crimes in Syria become- we know because WE have Putin’s ear and heart”.

American generals are chomping at the bit to blitz Assad’s major military assets. And what scares me the most is that if I were Trump (with his personality but my knowledge), I’d authorise the strikes tomorrow knowing that Putin would absolutely stand down. This is how bad things have become.

I used to respect Strelkov, back in the days of him working and helping in Donbass. Sadly, after he was moved, his ego got in the way. What I find strange, is why does his political party,The Russian National Movement use a script similar to the Soros Trolls? I would have thought better of him.
