284 Taliban militants were killed and 205 were wounded as a result of Afghan Army operations in Nangarhar, Ghazni, Khost, Maidan Wardak, Kandahar, Jowzjan, Sar-e Pol, Samangan, Balkh, Helmand, Takhar and Kabul provinces during the last 24 hours, according to the Afghan MOD
