- The Defense Ministry announced that the Dasht-e-Archi district of Kunduz province had been cleared from the Taliban;
- 5 civilians were killed and 13 others were injured by actions of US-led forces in the Wardaj district of Badakhshan province and the Alingar district of Laghman province;
- The Taliban stormed government forces’ positions in the districts of Khas Balkh and Char Bolak in Balkh province. According to the group, 11 pro-government fighters were killed;
- The Taliban says it repelled a government forces attack on in the Khawaja Ghar district, Takhar province.
Amazing how many civilians are killed by the US airstrikes.
