- On October 18, 29 Ukrainian UAVs were intercepted and destroyed by air defense systems on over the Belgorod, Kursk regions and the Black Sea, according to the Russian MOD;
- Russian MiG-29 fighters shot down two Ukrainian UAVs west of Saki;
- Russian air defense systems shot down Ukrainian UAV near Yevpatoria;
- On October 17, the naval aviation of the Russian Black Sea Fleet destroyed Ukrainian unmanned boat near the western of Cape Tarkhankut;
- On October 18, two upgraded S-200 missiles were shot down near Sevastopol;
- On October 18, four NATO reconnaissance aircraft were spotted in the Black Sea region at once. They included RQ-4 Global Hawk, Bombardier Challenger 650 Artemis, two P-8A Poseidon anti-submarine aircraft of the US Navy.
