A brief overview of the recent developments in Libya’s Tripoli:
- Libyan National Army (LNA) forces advanced northwest of the Hamzah base;
- Clashes between LNA and Government of National Accord (GNA) forces continue north of Police Academy;
- GNA forces shelled the Takbali base with mortar shells.
The airport road (Triq al-Matar) is missing from the map (possibly obscured by the blue overlay )- GNA have shelled LNA units on the east side ( Rough Loc : Lat 32,764 N, Long 13,1488 E) of this road and LNA units have not fully secured control further north of Hamzah base. If LNA is engaged in close quarter battles at/around Police Officers Academy then they have pulled back from lines of contact up Hadhba Road (Long)
