- On the morning of September 4, the AFU reportedly suspended offensive operations in Rabotino. Artillery duels continue. The southern outskirts of Rabotino remain in the grey zone;
- The AFU shelled Tokmak with cluster munitions. One civilian was killed;
- The FSB detained an accomplice of Ukrainian saboteurs, who prepared bombs for terrorist attacks in the Zaporozhye region;
- Clashes between the AFU and Russian forces continue along the Verbovoye-Rabotino line;
- The Russian Army destroyed an ammo depot of the AFU near Novomikhailovka;
- More than 115 Ukrainian servicemen, two armored combat vehicles, four vehicles, two M777 artillery systems, two M109 Paladin self-propelled howitzers and two US-made M119 howitzers, as well as two D-30 and one D-20 guns, were destroyed on the Zaporozhie direction, according to the Russian MoD;
- Up to 35 Ukrainian servicemen, eight vehicles, the US-made M777 artillery system, as well as the Msta-B howitzer were destroyed in the Kherson direction, according to the Russian MoD;
- More than 120 Ukrainian servicemen, two armored combat vehicles and nine vehicles were destroyed on the South-Donetsk direction, according to the Russian MoD.
